Pizza was good but the honey BBQ boneless wings are literally chicken nuggets in BBQ sauce. Never in my life did I expect that. They were terrible, I ordered the bigger size too so figure I’ll give everyone a heads up so they aren’t disappointed like I was.

Very upset with my pizza tonight. Ordered take out and got a jumbo pepperoni. Only to get home and they dropped my pizza and put it in the box anyways and sold me a very low quality pizza. I have always had a great experience but tonight they obviously did not care about the quality of there product. I tried calling and express my concern only to be given excuses and not once did they try to make it right.

So disappointed in our multiple pizzas last night (6/16/23). The crust was very thin but not crispy at ALL and there was so much sauce mixed with the uncooked/mushy crust we could’ve just eaten it all out of a bowl like soup. Disappointing when you spend $100.

Had my first experience with this pizza when another restaurant had given me “at least an hour” as the estimate. I randomly picked this place and I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the speed of the order. Also the sauce has a kick that the competition can’t beat. It was worth the extra 15 minute drive to get there. I think I just found my new favorite pizza place in Sioux City.

Picked up a jumbo works, which is now $32, only to find the crust was raw and doughy. Not wanting to drive all the way back to return it, I turned on the oven to finish baking it and called them to complain. We were told to bring it back, meaning to drive almost 10 miles each way, again, and waste time and gas. We said no we are going to bake it ourselves but we offered to send a picture to prove it if that’s the issue. He said “well if you’re going to eat it I can only give you a half off credit”. He told us”I don’t recommend the works to go for this reason”. So you are aware of the issue apparently. We have eaten it in the restaurant and it is crispy. This dough was raw. He finally gave us the full credit, although reluctantly. A pizza you charge $32 for should at least be cooked. If you want to charge a premium price then your product should be premium quality. Don’t treat customers like liars especially when you already know there’s an issue. I can get Jerry’s Pizza with any amount of toppings to go and it’s crispy every single time, which is where I will be going next time and every time.

We ordered the deep dish and it was not- the toppings were very plentiful for sure but the crust was just a normal crust folded up to be able to handle the extra toppings. The hubs enjoyed the pizza as he likes spicy. To me it was just a little odd- not in a bad way- just not what I know a deep dish to be.
