The service was good and everyone worked with a smile and great attitude. I really enjoyed the interior look of the restaurant and all of the plants! The food was great and delicious. I would say my favorite was the Beijing zhajiang noodle dish and the tingling spicy beef appetizer. Overall a great addition to Salem, and would love to come back again to try more noodle dishes! My only comment would be the possible adjustment of spice levels on the food. I would have loved an extra spicy option! :))

Ordered the szechuan cold noodles, and the Happy family. So flavorful and fresh! I had the Lo mein a few days prior and it was the best I’ve had in a very long time. The service was pleasant and perfect with every table was full. Can’t wait to go back.

The food lacked flavor and the service was terrible, the wife and I ordered the pho, chicken chow mein, moo goo gai pan , and the tempura shrimp . One taste of the cold broth in the pho and I didn’t touch it again, the only thing we enjoyed some what was the chow mein. When I told the waitress about the cold broth she ignored me and they still charged me for it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. I didn’t feel like I was heard by the service

Chopstick Brothers brings authentic flair to otherwise American Chinese. I have obviously not tried everything yet because they’ve only been open for 3 days, but some of the dishes that I did have really stand out from the other pack of Chinese restaurants in town. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside and they’ve obviously spent a ton of money on the renovation.

Really good food, atmosphere and service! I grew up in the Bay Area of CA, where we had really good Chinese food, and have always been disappointed in our options in Salem and this food is it!! So good! So happy to have it as an option in town.

We went to Chopstick brothers for dinner. It was very busy but the service remained attentive and top notch. The thai iced tea was absolutely delicious. The steamed wontons tasted fresh, my fiance got the sweet and sour chicken, the glaze was perfect, and every pieve had chicken throughtout the breading, no air pockets.

Solid addition to Salem’s Chinese restaurants. The hot sour soup was a bit gooey but tasted good, and we both liked our lunch dishes. It’s a newly renovated building, simple but attractive dining room with lots of light. Menu is pretty typical average Chinese choices, prices are reasonable for these days. Service is friendly. We will come back.
