First time in and it was so delicious!! Everyone was super friendly. Had the beef noodle bowl and Dan Dan bowl. For the beef noodles, the broth was wonderful, the beef was very tender and the noodles were done just right! We also had Pork Bao buns which were really really good, and a chilled seaweed salad starter that was full of flavor! Looking forward to a next visit and trying something new from the menu!!

Dumplings, excellent. We had the pork potstickers, shrimp & chive bun and soup dumplings. All excellent. Potstickers were chews and flavorful. Bun was nicely stuffed and griddled crispy. Soup dumplings were STUNNING, dough was thick enough to have body and soup exploded in my mouth with flavor. Must try. We also tried the veggie Dan Dan noodles, I was unfamiliar with the cold broccoli and pickle presentation but it worked so well. Noodles were perfect.

Definitely 5 stars for the food, especially in Fort Collins. I know they just opened another one in Denver and I really hope they will still keep this store.

Stopped by here for lunch and had a great time! So glad a dumpling place exists in Fort collins! There was the sweetest woman who worked there and she was so kind and clearly cared a lot about the food and that her customers were satisfied! I will be back again for sure!

We came here to get takeout to have a night in. The soup dumplings and pork water fried baos were incredible. We also ordered Dan Dan noodles and rainbow fried rice, which were slightly non-traditional, but still great choices. Chopstickers even had solid vegan options for our friend who needed them. Everything was made quickly and the restaurant is open at ideal hours when everything else is closed. The owner, who is actually from northern China, was so sweet and worked hard ensuring that we had everything we needed and all of our questions answered. We will definitely be back.

I’ve only been to Chopstickers a few times since they’ve opened, and every single time has been a pleasant one. The staff is always super friendly, patient, and accommodating. And for the lack of good Asian options in Fort Collins, Chopstickers definitely lands amongst the higher tier. I have yet to try a single bad dish from here. I love their soup dumplings and noodle dishes. They’re priced fairly, and I always look forward to eating here.

The food has changed. Potstickers are no longer delicious and no longer traditional. Beef noodles was, no exageration, THE BEST I had ever had in anexaggeration, at any price. These and other changes are very unfortunate developments. The food quality and menu changes are so different, I wonder if there has been a change in ownership.

Indoor dining could improve in appearance and cleanliness, it’s very gloomy and not very welcoming. But they also have outdoor dining. Menu need improvement as far as adding some description of what each dish offers, or adding a symbol to specify when an entree is spicy. For example, we ordered the Dandan Noodles, though it was good, I was not expecting it to be so spicy. We also got the Beef Noodle, which is soupy, and nowhere in the menu says that. Note that all their noodles are soupy, except the Dandan Noodles which is dry. Nowhere in the menu will tell you that, we know because we asked. By the way, the Beef Noodle Soup and the Beef and Rice are really good. Pork Potstickers, Pork Buns, and Shrimp Chive Water Fried Bao were pretty good too.

This place is so delicious, I am honestly surprised it isn’t super busy ALL THE TIME. The soup dumplings are so fun and worth trying. Potstickers are big and beautifully cooked. Noodles are super yummy. You can even buy some frozen to cook at home. The sauce is on point and the chili oil they serve is beautifully toasted and yummy.

I am sincerely impressed! I am an avid cook, and asian food is a favorite of mine. I will admit that I hesitated because of the price before ordering the shrimp and chive buns, but I will definitely order them again when I can spare the cash. Very good!
