Found this great place while looking at google maps for a place to eat. Didn’t know it was there! Had a custom bowl where you choose all your meats, veggies & sauces and they cook it up for you. I dined in & sat at a table with a server but you go choose the food yourself.

Loved this place when first opened but during COVID obviously did not eat much. Went today and ordered spring rolls, onion soup and did a custom bowl. The springs were as delicious as always but the rest was disappointing. I opened the custom bowl container, my order was to go and immediately noticed a unpleasant smell. Could not identify as fishy or maybe sour broccoli, mixture of both? I had only beef and sausage so maybe fishy smell was from the grill and broccoli looked fine. I threw it all away after three bites. At least I still had my soup. It was watery and lacked any flavor, I normally love the broth flavor of this soup. I tried putting soy sauce package in but I also threw this away after about 5 spoonful’s. Was very disappointed except the spring rolls. Will probably not come back or will eat in so I can at least return immediately if it is as bad as it was today.

The food is always fresh even after being delivered. I usually go for the crunchy shrimp roll and the volcano roll. Both are delicious. Ice also tried the custom bowl as well as other rolls and have never been disappointed. I’ll definitely return anytime I want a good volcano roll.

I got the sushi pizza as well as a shrimp tempura roll with spicy tuna on top and a sweet potato roll. The onion soup was really good. The sushi pizza was good, a little too much rice for me but it was fun to try. They also have hot bowls that you go up and pick all your ingredients and they make in front of you. I didn’t get to try that but definitely going to try next time.

I think Chopsticks is a hidden gem in Martinsburg. For half the price of what we’d spend to go to a hibachi steakhouse we get good food plus sushi rolls and an appetizer. I’d recommend going with someone that sort of knows the ropes so they can show you how to best build your own bowl. The sushi is really good. Fatima was our server tonight and she was awesome but we always have good service.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I just moved here a year ago and I’ve been on the search for a great Chinese restaurant. I had failed so many times I was skeptical because I’ve been let done so many times!! This place was wonderful, they took my allergies into consideration and actually made sure to protect my health due to those allergies! The staff was amazing and the restaurant was clean!! The food…omg the food…this place is just wonderful!!

This place is so underrated! There food is amazing.. It’s so hot and fresh if you order the bowls. The sushi is great. Amy our server was top notch. And if you try anything order the dragon fingers or crab Rangoon!! Soooo good!

Love this place…I always order a custom bowl…you pick out the meat or protein you what ..fill with a large assortment of veggies….like snow peas ..water chestnuts carrots corn broccoli….sauces are great I love the yummy sauce and also the honey soy sauce….Portions are so large I usually get three meals out of my bowl. Service is great and fast. Very clean and staff is polite. Support the Business

I couldn’t eat the food because it was burnt and dry. I need to add that I am a picky eater. I can’t give the place 1 star because they were very polite and forgave my bill. There were other people there happy with their food. Their friendliness and politeness would allow me to give them another chance.

Let me just say I will only take time to do a review if place is absolutely horrible or if place is outstanding…….. chopsticks food/ sushi was trash. Worst I’ve ever tested in my life. Service was good tho.
