I really don’t have to say much look how the crab puffs they were so oily and tasted horrible like if they were fried in morning AND look at the fried wonton skins!! They tasted disgusting! I nicely mentioned to the waitress she said ok I will tell the cook… Horrible customer service at least say sorry!!!

Service was bad. Only two waitresses. It wasn’t even busy but still had a wait time. Refills took a while to get. Food was good. Portions were good. Didn’t get what I asked for but still ate. They really need some wait staff that’s going to be on top of their tables ready to get what’s needed.

My regular chinese place was closed today but really wanted chinese food so we decided to get Chopstix in Edinburg. We went through the drive thru and short guy at window was rude from the get go. Asked what dinner plates came with and he just gave me a menu and closed window. After awhile he came back to take my order. He was in a hurry to get me out of there when there was no one else in line and inside was empty. Got home and guess what? Yup you guessed it we were missing some of my order; my egg rolls. Called back to let them know and the same guy from drive thru answered and he hung up on me! I do not recommend this place and will not go back. Bad service 100%

The service sucked. The food was super cold. (Mind you, our party of 4 and only one plate served while we waited an extra hour for the 2nd plate to come out) More than ten tables were dirty. Hope people take this warning and stay clear of this restaurant. Unless you like cold food, 0 sanitation, and server’s full of excuses. We’ve been going to chopstix for a very long time, and unfortunately we will NEVER RETURN.

I have to say, I’ve found my go to place for Chinese! I plan on visiting soon. I am mostly surprised with the food quality and taste. Sometimes at buffets food can be cold and dull, but despite this not being a buffet, the food portions are great and the food is full of flavor and cooked at the moment so you get a hot meal, and not to mention the price along with it. I haven’t tried the vietnamese food but another reason to visit again and again.
