We ordered delivery for dumplings and scallion pancakes and they gave us two scallion sauces and none for the dumplings.Honest mistake totally mishandled. I called back and got pure attitude from the employee telling me I was wrong. After several minutes of arguing they said they’d bring it. It’s been over 45 minutes. We are now calling back the second time for a refund because the food is cold and we were yelled at and blamed and refused a refund. Sad to lose a good customer over sauce! Horrible customer service!!

No wonder they have poor rating (B) on their store front. Gave me the wrong food when I repeated it twice. I asked for sweet and sour chicken combo and they gave me spicy general tso I asked for a refund because I cannot eat spicy food due to stomach issues and they refused to give a refund. Had to call my bank. Lady was nasty and unprofessional and said she didn’t care if she lost customers. Way to go, you lost two customers that have been going there for years. DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!

This place was the spot to go to. I am not sure what happened. The soup was just water, no flavor. The edamame had no salt. The Spring rolls were good. But look at how much oil is in the dish. The Sesame Chicken was good. Shrimp with veggies, good.

Dumplings came with no sauce. Called to notify sauce was missing. Was told they would send it out right away. 45 minutes later no sauce. I call again, cashier tells me it’s my fault!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE SEEN A WHILE and that’s even by New York standards. There are a million places better than this place within a mile radius. Do yourself a favor and choose one of them.

I’m very very disappointed in what this place has become. I pay so much money for quality Chinese food, my family came from Canada and that’s the first thing they wanted to eat was Chinese food and I delivered a terrible experience because of this place. Do not come here. Also service is not good at all, no patience and respect for people paying 2-3 time’s regular Chinese food prices.

The ONLY Chinese I get in Brooklyn. I love how fresh it is! Big chunks of zucchini and pepper and broccoli and shrimp when you order the shrimp and veggies. I am a veggie lover and this is the only place I’ve eaten at where the veggies are big, crisp, fresh and tasty. So many healthy options and choices for pescatarians and the hot n sour soup is delicious! The workers are very kind and will call and double check something with you if needed. Always excited when I order from here and get to support local.
