We had an amazing dining experience here! The service was top-notch and the portions were so generous. We ordered two dishes along with the noodles, but only managed to finish the noodles! The leftovers from the other two dishes were plentiful enough for our dinner the next day. But the true highlight was the taste! I can’t recommend the Spicy Mixed Pot (麻辣香锅) enough. Absolutely awesome! I wish I could come to Eugene again and try their Double cooked pork slices (老式锅包肉)!

I absolutely love this place. A small, quiet unassuming place, but definite hidden gem. I have been working my way thru the menu and everything I have eaten has been delicious. Very authentic dishes, house made noodles and delicious appetizers ranging from the more familiar like Kung Pao chicken to more unique, like the pork intestine dry pot. And if you like spicy, they definitely do spicy. Friendly and helpful staff if you are unfamiliar with their menu.

You absolutely have to try this hidden gem! The food is handcrafted, authentic Chinese fare, made with obvious care! The service was top notch, better than most of the fine dining establishments I’ve frequented. Prices were shockingly low for such amazing, quality dishes. Chopstix is definitely Springfield’s best kept secret!

I got this delivered to me there was no option to choose a spice level I only was able to choose rice and the type of protein I wanted when I received this 1/2 of my plate was literally jalapenos and hot red chili peppers there was no warning of this! there wasn’t even an option to make it not spicy! i Spent$23 To end up Having my mouth on fire for 2 hours and not being able to rest because I have stomach cramps because the spices were so much !! ended up having to throw it away. So if you order here make sure you clarify if you want something spicy or not because they don’t care they will just give you a very hot spicy … the amount of peppers I have here I literally could make 4 other dishes with them I literally have maybe over 15 peppers cut up I don’t know if they did it to be mean or what but this is way too many peppers. See the photo that I attached literally the whole corner is just jalapeno peppers and Red Hot Chili Peppers they’re not bell peppers they are definitely hot spicy peppers and there’s literally 2 handfuls of them in my bowl

So we were visiting Eugene watching a show and of course we were hungry afterwards but it was late. Besides that it was late and we had a 1 hour drive facing us no one else was open.
