This place used to be amazing but I guess with inflation and COVID things have changed.

I was greatly impressed with the authenticity of this pho place. The soup is made by simmering real bones, not msg, so it was more reminiscent of home made pho. The broth isn’t clear but that isn’t an issue for me.

The Grilled 5 Spice Chicken over vermicelli noodles with lettuce, cucumber, sprouts, mint, cilantro, and peanuts was a spicy treat at Chopstix. The tender and well-spiced chicken was a burst of flavor, and the fresh herbs added a refreshing touch. A perfect choice for those who enjoy a flavorful and aromatic dish.

A great Vietnamese joint in a rather obscure location, sort of in the middle of nowhere …and surprisingly their food was fantastic! It totally hit the spot as we pit-stopped for a late lunch following our 1 Pac Coast Hwy drive northward to Gilroy. A bonus is the prices were low considering how good it tasted and the reasonable portions!

Omgosh sooooo good! Best best best Vietnamese food we’ve had in years! They could not have done a more perfect job with their Pho, spring rolls and Thai crunch salad. Now just wishing they opened a branch near our home.

The medley of broccoli, carrots, napa cabbage, zucchini, cilantro, and onions, served with tofu in the vegetarian broth, was simply delicious. The combination of fresh vegetables and aromatic broth created a satisfying and comforting bowl of goodness.

The Banh Canh Chay, Veggie Udon Soup at Chopstix was a delightful fusion dish. The mix of broccoli, carrots, napa cabbage, zucchini, cilantro, and onions, served with tofu in the vegetarian broth, made for a tasty and satisfying meal. The blend of udon noodles and banh canh added a unique twist, making it a must-try.
