Some of the best salads I’ve ever had! This was my first visit to a Chopt location and I am seriously impressed. We had the Heart of Palm and Santa Fe salads, and what impressed me the most was the effort to include layers of ingredients throughout the salad so you aren’t left with just lettuce after finishing the top. The bowl was huge, and I was so happy when I kept finding my favorite things, like tomatoes, chicken, or avocado, as I made my way towards the bottom. The wrap was delicious as well! Next time I’m going to try the lemon tahini dressing I saw on their board. Their variety is awesome, and Chopt has a beautiful space to sit and relax too.

I had a grilled wrap with the cabbage cilantro blend, bacon, blue cheese, English cukes, picked onion, and roasted shallots with the Mexican Caesar dressing. It was very nicely executed with great customer service! Not cheap but this is worth it! Boston Bib or a hydro “butter” lettuce would be a great addition for folks who have an aversion to sharp veggies. No Problem0 here but if that was available I may have ordered another one for my wifey…

I really like the food here, salads are delish, but what is up with the nonexistent curbside service? I always order curbside, show up at the time it tells me in the text and then have to wait 10-15 more minutes after arrival for someone to bring my food out, and sometimes it never even gets brought out to my car! Just now I had to go inside after waiting 10 minutes outside in my car. Bag was just sitting on the counter, and no one brought it out to me. If the place is short staffed, I completely understand, then just don’t advertise curbside service. I will keep going here because the food is good but the curbside service needs major improvement.

I really enjoyed my salad. I didn’t care for the beverage selection. The service was great. The tables were dirty. I liked the large glass windows. It was a nice spring day, and I enjoyed looking outside. My son was talking to a nice young couple. It was a good experience.

Jay and his coworker Novela were so personable. They didn’t have one of the ingredients and they went above and beyond to help us. Handled issues like an amazing manager. They were professional and overall customer service experience was great! Will be back soon!

It’s exciting to see more healthy fast casual restaurants popping up in the area. I really enjoy chopt because of their vast amount of options for their salad/rice bowls. It’s easy to place an order ahead online and picking it up without waiting. The bowls are about 13 to 15 dollars, but they offer items like roasted sweet potatoes and sautéed kale which are well worth it. Everything is fresh and really tasty. Highly recommend checking out chopt for Lunch!

The inside is bright and clean. Salad ingredients were fresh with a variety of options to choose from. Bit pricey, but I guess that comes with the territory of a trendy salad/bowl spot. I think it’s a good option for those looking to stay on the healthier side of fast food.
