I went here for the first time today & it was great! Sheri was awesome & explained how it all worked since it was my first time at a chopt. My salad was fresh & a great size. I was impressed with all the dressing choices as well. It is super clean and very well kept for being so busy at lunch. Tons of options for a custom salad & they also have their classic salad creations. Great for a healthy delicious meal!

Food was fresh and delicious. Warm bowls were great and there were a lot of menu based combos you can het. The Mediterranean tahini bowl was phenomenal. They didn’t have dried cranberry when i came in but gave it a different option of my choice. Wuick service and straight to the point. 2 drinks and two salads were about $35. Clean inside. Was very busy too.

Great local salad spot in Marlton. It was my first time trying Chopt and Kristy the manager was very nice and super helpful. She let me try the two soups and and advised me on the best salad dressing. The salad, the atmosphere, and the service was outstanding.

The salad is PHENOMENAL along with the dressings!! I love coming here because the salad is so filling!! Sheri (the manager was excellent and very welcoming, accommodating my taste buds to the T) I will always come back here vs other salad spots anytime!! Andddd the music selection is a vibe by itself ❤️❤️ btw I had a beautiful window seat and ate only half my salad and have some to take with me!!

I stopped today for the first time and it was amazing. Joyce helped during my visit. She was so kind and polite. I was greeted right away, she didn’t rush me while I looked at the options and she recommended a fabulous salad. 5 stars all the way. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited Chopt Salad Company recently and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The atmosphere lacked warmth and the initial interaction with the staff left much to be desired. A simple acknowledgment upon arrival would have gone a long way. As I perused the ingredients on display, I couldn’t help but notice the complexity of some dishes, with ingredients nested within others. This raised concerns about potential allergens and safety. I would have appreciated more thorough explanations from the staff, especially given the premium pricing – even a friendly mention of additional charges for certain ingredients. The quality of the food itself was disappointing, with the bread appearing smushed and unappetizing. In comparison to other establishments like Saladworks, it was clear that attention to packaging could improve. Additionally, I encountered a hair in my salad, which, given the lack of proper hair restraints among some employees, was not entirely unexpected. In conclusion, while Chopt Salad Company has potential, there are definite areas for improvement, including communication, cleanliness, and value for the price.
