This a simple mom/pop soul food shop. This place is nothing fancy but the food is great! I ordered smothered boneless chicken breast, yams and greens, and it was freaking amazing. I took it to go, as it really isn’t a “sit in” place.

I’m a team trucker who stop through states and make it a point to order from black own soul food spots and do reels because they all have been so good. After tasting the food I’m wondering if it’s really black owned, no seasoning, my food was cold, wings wasn’t fresh. This is the first place I couldn’t finish the food. So disappointing, I’m hungry. Maybe this was just a bad day. Well at least I got to give 60 bucks to the establishment.

Words to describe this place for a hall not a good place to go to, let me explain so while I was decorating for my sons first birthday party the roof started leaking while we were there no to mention the owner and people are in the place smoking while kids are suppose to be present also the owner promised me a cleaned grill and the grill was never cleaned off at all and he explained that they “supposedly” cleaned it the day before.My sons party was only two hours and they had ramdom people coming inside while we are about to host a child’s party. Everything was ruined for my sons first birthday your better off having it at your house.

I came here last night for the first time and got the wings with Mac and cheese and it was pretty good, he has so many different wing sauces to choose from! The only thing I wish they had was dipping sauces.

Very unorganized! Called to place order I asked what did they have baked, I was told baked chicken I said ok that’s fine. Called back sorry no baked chicken today we didn’t have enough orders for it. Coworker calls back to finish placing order for 7 others and had to go through 4 different people to get entire order correct! Maybe if the music wasn’t so loud they could hear to take the order. 10 minutes later the “owner” calls back to say they don’t have salmon for my order, no steak for my coworkers order and no greens. Totally unprofessional, unorganized and the music is entirely to loud you have to scream for them to hear you. Unfortunately we had to cancel the whole $200 order
