Last ate here in December when it was the Famous Wok. Returned in February to buy Asian food for takeout. Name had changed. Fast food restaurant had changed in name only. Menu items had remained same. Quality of food was excellent. Staff was friendly. I will continue to patronize and support the Chow Express

BEST Chinese food in all of San Antonio!! Trust me, we have been to over 10 Chinese restaurants so far trying to find the best and this is by far our favorite here. I drive 30 min over here a lot for this food.

I’m giving this place one out of five stars, and honestly one is too much. If I could do zero I would. New Year’s Eve 2020, I came here with a friend to celebrate and we ordered food like one would do. While we’re paying for our food a roach runs across the counter, the employee apologizes for that obscene scene and offers us free drinks. Now let me say that his customer service deserves five stars, unfortunately that is not reflected in the over all business practice. This is not the only negative case as well. Every time for the last five years I have eaten here I have regretted it. It continues to turn my stomach in knots consistently. The Lord believes in forgiveness, as do I. However, as much as I try to forgive this establishment they always let me down.
