Looking for somewhere new for us and came across chows corner cafe. Reviews looked good so we decided to give it a try. We had breakfast. Both our of meals were delicious aside from the bacon. Bacon was too crispy and very salty. But the rest of the meal was delicious. Melba cream cheese pancake/French toast type dishes come with plenty of delicious fresh fruit. The issue we really had was the service. The staff were nice but our server only saw us to take the order and give us our check. Someone else delivered the food to our table and he never checked in on us to make sure everything was alright. There is a first bite rule when serving where you should be asking the customer within the first few bites if everything is okay. If there is an issue that gives you time to fix and is just a part of good service. No one came over to check our coffees either. First place I have ever gone to breakfast where no one asked if I need more or a refresh. I would suggest better training of your staff so your food quality and service quality are aligned.

We have been going here since Chow first opened back in the fall and they have become a staple in our weekend routine. From breakfast to their lunch menu we have never been disappointed with the food. Everything is delicious not only are you getting quality you also get quantity. Their staff is always friendly and their service is superior. We quickly became a part of their family which is the atmosphere you see they strive for. Highly recommend.

Wonderful little restaurant/cafe in Collegeville. The menu has enough comfort food and some stuff that may make you uncomfortable at first until you try it. I just enjoyed lunch with my mother. Mainly so enjoyable due to the wonderful waitress who had a packed house and yet was able to check in on us multiple times! This is huge with me! Anyways, my mother had the short rib sandwich, which was amazing. I had the eggs bennicdict “crabby patty” and that was equally amazing! I’m looking forward to the next time I get to Chow Down at Chows!
