Enjoyed our first experience here. Will likely go back, but I hate to say we were not totally impressed with the food quantity or quality. Had heard from others how good it was yet I felt my seafood was barely seasoned and rather dry. The two huge broccoli spears were totally tasteless. And I somehow expect a seafood plate to have a bit more to it. My wife’s pork tenderloin was fine, but she said it was not all that tender and surprised there was no sauce. Seemed like something was missing on both our plates. Ok, maybe the seafood and pork were designed to be “sauce-less,” but that’s not what I expected. I don’t want to dismiss the place on one visit alone, so we will go again one day. Our server was wonderful.

If you’re looking for a fine dining experience don’t come here. My husband and I were appalled from the beginning. Everything from the cheese and crackers to the main course was extremely underwhelming. The wait staff were friendly, but very scarce.

The food was good and waiter was fantastic. Let’s dive into these prices. My husband had lamb at $41 and I had surf n turf (steak & crabcake) $51. Hubby got the calamari for appetizer. We spent a little over $120. I love the food but the prices were not worth it. There was no waiting time we got there a little after 6pm.

First time visiting at the recommendation of a friend. Came on a Wednesday close to opening time and we were immediately seated by the hostess. Our waitress immediately took our drink orders and never let our glasses get close to empty. I ordered the ribeye and sweet potato and a Greek salad. The steak was perfectly medium-rare and had excellent flavor with no need for sauce. The sweet potato came with house-made cinnamon butter which was outstanding. The manager came by to check on us and he seemed sincere and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Got inside on Friday night no reservation. Waiting time was about 30 min. or less, which is quite appropriate. Interior, atmosphere, crowd, was not bad at all. Then the fun rolled out. Ordered Rib eye steak was on menu, but was not in a kitchen. Ok.. Lets go for the Lam rack then? Came way overcooked (was ordered medium) and over salted. Baked potato on a side. Not eatable.

We had not been to Chris’s for many years because of a disappointing experience. We returned for a special occasion and were very happy this time. My rack of lamb and her blackened salmon were outstanding. Make sure you make a reservation.

Very disappointing experience. We were there with family celebrating two birthdays, and this completely took away from it. The drinks were incorrect; teas were mixed up between sweetened and unsweetened. Waited over 20 minutes for a glass of wine. The food came out in shifts. The steaks were not cooked to order. One person in our group ordered grilled salmon and was given chicken, and had to wait almost the entire meal to receive the right order. After being given the bills, they realized they had left off the coffee or tea, and after the many mixups during the dinner, a revised bill was brought out in order to add those things. Dinner ended up taking over 2 hours. What an unorganized mess. The worst part was the indifferent attitude. We’ve been going to Chris’s for years to celebrate special occasions, but this was probably the last one.

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary. Reservations were made. The food was great. It took some time for our meals to be served. The atmosphere was great. The servers were great.

All I can say is WOW! How have I never heard of this hidden gem. Everything from the time we walked in the door until we walked out was perfect. It is was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten hands down. The blue cheese wedge was delicious and so were the onion rings. The service was top notch and we were checked on by not only our waitress several times but the management as well. Our glasses were never empty and the bar service was excellent. I will definitely give this place 5 stars and highly recommend. Cannot wait to return.
