What in the world happened to the food quality? I had the little pizza and the sauce was simply tomato paste, unseasoned and poorly cooked. My wife had the salad with Romaine that resembled compost. My friend had the Mac and Cheese which was bland and quite over boiled. We had eaten here just a month earlier and had wonderful meals. New Cook maybe?

Worst service ever. It was bad from the start. They are disorganized and extremely slow. We waited an hour to find out the server never actually put in our order. They were guessing on which table ordered what and took things to the wrong table. We left without eating since we didn’t have another hour to waste. If the service is that poor up front imagine what the kitchen looks like.

We stayed at Double Tree for a week in June, Christoph’s is the bar and restaurant in the hotel. A great little bar, with outdoor seating and great views over the grand marina. A perfect place to come and get a drink and a meal and relax. Definitely worth the views. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ample parking close by and one block from town.
