Chronic has always been our favorite burrito spot. However, the service, quality, and portions have dramatically changed. The workers are short and seem rushed, even when the store isn’t busy. The burritos are so small now. We ordered a small burrito and it was barely larger than the tacos. And the regular size burritos are now as big as the small burritos used to be. The price is the same if not more for less food. Don’t waste your time.

First time coming to this place and they didn’t disappoint. Great customer service, and very willing to help you make decisions. Burritos are big and flavorful. Lots of options for fillings, and they also include guacamole! The only drawback is I wish they had a hotter salsa.

They sure lack customer service skills and I have way too much to say about the foods flavor, hubby was so excited to try an authentic taco place but his bubble busted as soon as he took his first bite into his Cali burrito! I would consider this place more like a deal taco place (Tex-mex food). This place was so unorganized and I do understand the pressure of a fast food place but I wanna be able to pick my food without being told what else you want in a rude manner, so please please please when you refresh your salsas can you please refresh the employee’s customer service!

The surf and turf burrito is amazing! The beef and shrimp are cooked perfectly. The refried beans are homemade and you won’t get better customer service. I am definitely going to treat my family to one of these burritos throughout the winter.
