My wife and I are really glad to have found this place right around the corner from us. We had a steak bowl with rice, a chicken bowl with just broccoli, an avocado roll, and some crab wontons. Everything was really good. The quality of the food was above what we normally find at other hibachi restaurants. We ordered the takeout from their website, which is great. We will definitely be back!

This place is incredible extremely friendly. The food was hot and delicious very reasonably priced and literally enough food to feed two people with one meal everything taste, fresh and clean. They definitely get five stars from me.!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had any good hibachi food. The young man in the front was especially nice. The food was great and the interior was tidy and clean. I would definitely try again.

My first time visiting this establishment. Walked in I was handed a menu from the young lady at the counter. It was myself a young man who was in front of me an a customer who was standing in the back who must have just ate so I’m looking at the menu the young man orders the lady in the back walks up an stands next to me the clerk acknowledges the lady not me which I was next the lady asked for some “white sauce” for the remainder of her food she hands her the “white sauce no charge” the young man who ordered before me ordered hibachi an ask for “white sauce” she charged him a 1.00 we both were stunned he said you didn’t charge the other lady an went to pay the 1.00 with his card I had cash an proceeded to cover the cost her response was it’s the same with an attitude me an the young man were of color the other customer was not… if it’s a charge charge everyone the same I picked up on it an so did he but in the end he got his sauce an didn’t have to pay because I covered the cost… food was ok bacon was not fully cooked on my chicken club but whatever I paid an left. Better customer service to all paying customers is a must

Could be better, the lil cashier with the glasses, well yea she’s kinda freaking rude….. so expect tht when yiur going in here. And I tried to find out how much meat n stuff they put in the box so I can order extra if need be and the lady couldn’t understand what I meant.. smh. I literally said “how much steak comes in the box?” Is it a little or a lot and I explained I needed to know so I could order extra but being as she didn’t understand a pretty simple question I just said forget it. Then she had a little more of an attitude after that.

Recently discovered this place right around the corner, love hibachi and wanted to give it a try. Ordered a variety of foods for a large adult foodie family from a chicken bowl to sushi to a bento box. Read through some reviews while enjoying our meal. First, reviews are individual opinions and should be viewed as such. I have had many good and poor experiences that contradicted the reviews posted. With all that said, we all enjoyed our meals. We found the portions to be appropriate to the price, food was well prepared, hot, and visually appealing. Half of us like our meal as is, half preferred more seasoning. Personally I like to taste the food that is seasoned, teriyaki chicken should still taste like chicken, not a textured ingredient that has the exact same over seasoned flavor as the zucchini next to it. So if the difference in our experience is due to their response to some of the older, less than complimentary reviews.z kudos, that is exactly how new businesses succeed. We all plan to eat there again. If you are looking for a well prepared fair priced meal from a place that is locally owned and operated you should have a good experience here. If you are looking for the average fast and cheap hibachi chain that comes off the steamer table. maybe not so much your kind place. You get what you pay for; They have earned our return visits. PS, the young lady behind the register was attentive and polite. Would love to see this small business continue to use feedback to stay in tune with their customers needs. Looking forward to you becoming a mainstay in North Charleston… Thank you for a good meal, will see you again soon.

I hate to leave bad reviews, especially for places where it seems to be a family or a small business trying to make their way in the world. However, in this case there just isn’t anything positive I can come up with. It’s overpriced and tastes terrible — easily the worst attempt at Asian-style food I’ve ever had. We need good restaurants around here, especially a decent Asian one, and there just isn’t room for another mediocre or bad restaurant. I’m very sorry, folks, but other than a complete menu change and alternate style of cooking I don’t think this going to last very long.

Food decent for the price. Service was non-existent. Good for a quick bite.
