Had the brisket and pulled pork with beans, potato salad, and coleslaw it was all great! We didn’t even need sauce. The brisket was falling apart. The service was good, would definitely recommend.

This place is a must stop! We were passing though and stumbled upon Chubby’s and we are glad we did. Food was excellent the chopped pork they cook is some of the best pork i have had, And I’m not sure what they are making the Chubby sauce with but it is the best stuff ever! We bought three bottles of it when we left. We should have got the gallon they offered. The stuff was very friendly nice cozy place to have a meal at.

Great little BBQ joint along I55! It’s a long stretch of highway with nothing but an occasional McDonald’s and I was getting hungry for some real food. Luckily saw the signs for Chubbys so I had a goal and didn’t stop prematurely for standard fast food place. Walked in and immediately felt like I was at an authentic down south local bbq shack with plywood walls and lots of funky and eclectic decor. Had the 3 rib sandwich, Cajun fries, and broccoli bites. It was all delicious and served by friendly and attentive waitresses! Even sat down and chatted with the owner for a while. The restaurant has been in his family for a long time and he’s recently taken over to keep pumping out delicious food to locals and hungry travelers alike. Definitely recommend and suggest you stop in and enjoy it too!

Hubby and I stopped for lunch. We both wanted to try the BBQ chicken but they only had 1/2 chickens available. The waitress was very nice and allowed us to split this. You get 2 sides and a Texas toast, so Hubby got onion rings and I got potato salad. It was delicious! We would highly recommend stopping in!

Delicious food. I got the 3 bone rib sandwich which was easy to eat as the bones slid right off the meat. Smooth beer-battered onion rings and crunchy fried pickle spears like cornmeal batter with herbs.

Fried pickles were a 3, but the best thing we ordered. 1/2 chicken was dry, but the Cajun fries were good. Waitress said the ribs were good, and she doesn’t eat the baked beans. I appreciated her sweet honesty.

This place is awesome. Bar-b-cue has a great taste and OMG ! The coleslaw is beyond words delicious ! This is coming from someone that’s surrounded by great bar-b-cue in the Memphis,TN area. Service was also fast and friendly. We’ll definitely be returning.
