Depending on your personal preferences, food is overall good. Very light on spices for foods that are prepare from scratch. Most of the appetizers are pre- frozen to cook. However, most items are prepared fresh. Only one type of crust (no thick, thin or pan options) for pizzas with basic toppings offered. We have been ordering from Chubbys for several years. But tonight’s service has been the worst. Over two and a half hours when it was supposed to be 45 minutes. Called them a the one hour and a half mark they said my order was in its way. Called at two hours same thing “ your order just left”. Food finally gets here pizza is burnt and my sandwich is wrong and everything is cold. Chubbys used to be a little slow on delivery times but if you had time it wasn’t a big deal. The food and customer service was worth it. But now everything has changed. Hope they figure it out but I won’t be ordering with them again.

Cold pizza several times. 90 minute for delivery when told 45. Almost every time we’ve ordered the pizza was cold and always takes a long time to be delivered 5 to 8 minute away. Politely and privately messaged about it. It continued to happen. Finally posted publicly, which was not appreciated at all. Just an overall bad experience. Others on social media have agreed with this assessment. Others have shared great reviews. Maybe I’m the unlucky one or maybe they don’t expect much. Judge for yourself.

This place turned out to be a hidden gem. I rarely write reviews but the owner of this business may be one of the best humans I have ever met. the dough on this pizza is incredible they homemade kit and it is light and soft and not undercooked. They homemake all of their food. If you are in the Pensacola area highly recommend you go to Chubbys. Ask them to put ranch dressing in the buffalo chicken pizza sauce

A nice place and convienent to KOA and Lillian in general. Calzone and fish and chips were okay. A lot of breading for my liking on the Fish and chips. price was good. Staff was very nice.
