We ate here at 6 on a Friday and were the only people here besides one lady having a beer at the bar. Not sure why it wasn’t busier, maybe the location or because it’s recently opened but ya’ll should check this place out. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty and fries. The second patty was totally not necessary, one would have been plenty. Very good burger and fries. Girlfriend had the BLT and tater tots and said it was the best one she’s had in town. This place also has a small bar and was playing rock music in the background. I’ll definitely come back.

Chubby’s is hands down our favorite restaurant in BCS. The staff is amazingly friendly and the food is top notch. I love the Pastrami Burger and my husband usually gets the Chubby Burger. The hot dogs and sandwiches are great too! They do have gluten free options also but it is an open kitchen – they are knowledgeable about gluten free so just ask!

I highly recommend this place, its one of those places where you get to met the owners who are very friendly. The burgers and hot dogs are delicious, super juicy! They use brioche bread it totally gives the burger a whole new flavor!. Give this place a try you will not regret it!.

I took a picture after taking one bite because I immediately knew I would want to leave a review. This is the best burger in cstat. I know thats a bold statement but I stand by it. I only got a simple cheese burger but even without any bells or whistles it met all expectations. The burger was juicy, piled with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, cooked to perfection, slathered with the right amount of mustard, and paired with a fluffy toasted bun to create the best bite of your life. I don’t know how Mr. Hamburger will manage to stay open next door. The waitress was welcoming and sweet, the daily specials were a great deal, the buttermilk ranch sauce, jalapeño ranch, and ketchup all paired perfectly with fries which were crisp and hot. I hope this becomes a college station classic!

Ordered burger and fries to-go from Tuesday special. The servers were very friendly and greeted me the moment I walked in. This was probably the most juiciest and tastiest burger I have eaten in the whole area. The fries were also good and crispy. This is a real contender to Carter’s and other burger joints!
