As a parent of 2 boys (3 and 5) who grew up in the 90s living in arcades, this has come as close as I’ve seen to introducing my kids to my nostalgic time. Also not having been to a chuck e cheese since the 90s, this particular establishment has changed with the times. Gone is the ball pit (I’ve heard some horror stories of when they did have it) and in return is a cleaner establishment with a focus on family friendly arcade games at reasonable prices. Each game costs the equivalent of 33 or 66 cents each and everything is digital (so that excitement of weighing your tickets is gone). I came at an off hour so it wasn’t crowded, but it also wasn’t meal time so I didn’t taste the food. Staff was friendly.

Been coming to this Chuck E’s for 15 years!!! Love the place and especially the people. My boys had all their birthdays, and they are great with kids with special needs.

We arranged our daughter’s 5th birthday at Chuck E Cheese Princeton location. The place was fun to be and was super clean as well. I had chosen the mega pack for her party. Not only the kids enjoyed the playing the games but they mostly enjoyed the surprise visit of their favorite character who hugged them and loved them especially the birthday girl.

Absolutely wonderful!! Had my sons 2nd birthday here and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional!!! Our party manager was Chris and he is an absolute gem!! Super sweet and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! My son loved his party and all of our guests had a fantastic time!!! We definitely will be back very soon!!!

It’s a good place to go for kids. I feel like it was better with the play are they had before. Food definitely good. Service has always been good. Nice atmosphere. Probably should add new games. Feel like the ones their are too old.

This is a larger than usual. There were two birthday parties going on and there was enough room for everyone. The pizza was decent but whoever was in the kitchen didn’t care because the toppings were clumped up and the sauce wasn’t spread to the edges. The app sampler was good. The service at the ticket counter was nice and the greeter at the stamping station but otherwise it was nothing special to note.

For the last few months every single time I’ve gone to this location it’s been an issue. Britney is the worst employee there and every single time I walk in and see her I already know I’m going to have a terrible experience. I’ve been going since my daughter was 1 year old and now she’s about to be 5, so I’m pretty familiar with the deals and coupons. Despite anything being stated on the website her response is always no. Asking anyone to apply the military promotion is an event in and of itself. Daniela must be new. Clueless. And when you ask them someone thing they all look at each other and laugh in your face while making faces at each other saying no that’s not a thing when it 100% it. They don’t care to listen to anything they just want to giggle and laugh with each other. Today one of the workers took my kids souvenir cups off the table and threw it away. Apparently because there was no coat on the table that meant it was unoccupied. As if the souvenir cups weren’t a sufficient enough place holder to signify that the table is occupied. We were there for less than an hour the drinks must have been cold when he tossed it. Why would you throw away souvenir cups! Everyone there is so clueless and immature. From October til now I’ve had nothing but issues every single time I’ve gone to this location so I’ve been avoiding it but unfortunately for me my two children love it there. Do better. Hire more competent staff. Have Britney redo her training because her attitude sucks. Also even though they check your stamp as you’re leaving the door they’re not actually comparing the numbers. My boyfriend and his child had a completely different number than me and my children and they let me walk out with his 2 and a half year old son.. not safe at all. And earlier when I left with him to change his diaper there’s no one to let you out. You can just walk out.

Affordable, not too crowded, they don’t wipe or clean the play stations regardless how may people keep touching< not covid cautious in my opinion. Otherwise relatively young staffers but who are very nice and professional.

Food is super expensive. The price of one personal pizza is enough to pay large pizza at Domino’s or papa John’s. Kids had fun with games. Not so much of collection but enough for 45 mins to one hour trip. Some of them are not working and no one is there to ask questions too except food area.
