It’s always clean most staff is pleasant some are kinda quiet and aren’t outgoing but still friendly if you address them. My biggest problem is the prices to play are expensive. As far as the food the buffet us absolutely pointless not much variety for your money. Pizza is just ok but all food is also expensive here.

Grandkids had a blast. Said it’s the best pizza ever lol. I like you can pay by the hour or half hour… not by tokens. Makes more sense. Solid 4 stars!

First time there in awhile and I have to say this time they were much more pleasant, thank you to the young lady who helped me tonight. I couldn’t get my card to work, I appreciate your help. My son is on the spectrum and he really enjoys this location. Thanks so much!

I haven’t been here in years and now my 2 nephews are old enough to play arcade games. We stopped by due to rain and come to find out you pay for time and not play. Highly disappointed and will never return. Knowing my nephews and their age half of that time will be spent in the restroom. I went there planning to drop quite a few dollars while the rain passed but spending the amount I planned and having to rush through games instead of enjoying time playing isn’t my cup a tea. People don’t want to be limited to time because time is why they spend money. The longer they are there, the more money they spend on their terms.

Ordered pizza and cheesy bread. Got 1 hour unlimited game time. Came to $60. Pizza was terrible. Pizza was flat cardboard, definitely doesn’t taste how it used to taste. Alot of games were removed from the place. The upside was the place was empty… I’m assuming nobody can afford it anymore.

This is a nice place for kids. The shows were very nice and my son loved all the games. We both played the football toss lol. Also the food was good the pizza was great and the staff was friendly. The prices are kind of high but it’s worth the trip. Fun for the whole family! Can’t wait to go again but it gets crowded fast

First visit here with my granddaughter since 2017 (my kids grew up). Unfortunately they no longer have tokens. So you need to buy blocks of time $17 for 30 minutes, and you also need to pay for the card they put the time on… So then if you have a younger child the ticket type games give 1 token to play with each swipe. So for instance on the coin drop you swipe and get a coin. There is a 5 second pause before you can get another coin. Other games are time limited to 40 seconds or less. There is not jungle gym, or ball bin. I think someone should turn out the lights, the party is really over there….

Megan was sincerely so sweet with our twin boys. She is a valued employee and I truly appreciate her kindness and problem resolution skills preventing our little ones meltdown.

85% of the games were broken but the pay scanner was on so if you didn’t notice you were just wasting points. The bean bag was jammed so none came out. One of the skee balls only had one ball. Not worth our time.
