Wonderful place for kiddos to have fun in a controlled environment. They used to be more strict with families getting stamped in with their kids as they walks in so there were no problems but the last time I went they didn’t even stamp us. Also the customer service is great, just not a lot of staff for all of the areas (check in, food, and gift redemption areas). Prices are good for what the kids can do! Worth checking it out if you haven’t! (Picture attached shows prices for playing since the website doesn’t show them)

This place was absolutely terrible. My son who was only 2. Had never been to a place like this. So he was very excited and running around. None of the parents seemed to be bothered by it. However a worker in the food area decided to open her mouth regarding my son who is a toddler still learning to listen. Saying all types of foul things about him. On top on the we received burnt fries. And the place reeked of weed. Just wait until they open. I’ll be making phone calls. Why work at a children’s place if you have a nasty attitude. Yuck will NEVER return here. Incompetent workers who just want to gossip and do nothing.

The salad bar today was absolutely horrible. all the toppings looked to have been sitting for along time. The bacon bits were grey, The tomatoes looked horrible as well as the lettuce! I would not recommend eating any of the things at the salad bar

I attended my nephew birthday party today and nothing was setup. We waited over an hour and still nothing. When I spike to the Manger Nate he really took care of everything and turned that experience to a great one…. Please hire more people like him!
