My children, niece and nephew enjoyed themselves a whole lot aged between 5 and 11. The service was good with staff happy to explain the best options available. There seemed to be something for all ages. For those not familiar with Chuck E. Cheese (especially those from the U.K like me), it is full of various arcade machines, similar to those found on piers at fairs. We went on a Monday evening so there weren’t many other families there which worked in our favour because the children were able to try everything they wanted. With $39 all 4 of the children had a great time. As a parent, it was nice to see the children enjoying themselves, As someone from abroad who has heard a lot about Chuck E. Cheese from American sitcoms, I was a little underwhelmed, but my children were entertained and had a great time, so I can’t complain! We didn’t eat the food so I can’t make any comments

This is a smaller chuck E cheese so there’s not many great games and a lot of the games don’t work at moments. But there is a few games for little ones to enjoy but not as much as I expected.

I wish I could put a million stars for service. Madison checked us in and was so attentive to our needs when we visited today (7/26/23). She was so sweet and kind which made our experience an exceptional one. I went with my daughters a 6 year old and one year old and she was so patient when they were choosing their prizes, you would have thought it was Disneyland. I have never been to a Chuck E Cheese with extraordinary service and that is because Madison is simply amazing. Thank you for being such a great representation of excellence!!! The Chuck E Cheese is also very clean and the atmosphere is fun, definitely the best Chuck E Cheese in the DMV,

The food was okay. The service was okay until we ordered a pepperoni and a cheese pizza and they try to say we ordered two pepperonis. Try to use the excuse well it’s on the receipt. Well maybe you hit the wrong button. But anyway they did fix the problem. But besides that it was a pretty good time. The kids had a great time and it seemed as all the other kids were having a good time so it would be a great place to take your kids.

Chuck E. Cheese in Waldorf was amazing. The restaurant and play area were very clean. The rides all worked. The entire staff was friendly and happy on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. The managers were helpful and very attentive for the two year-old birthday party. Highly recommend this fun escape for a family fun outing on a rainy day.

Definitely reinvented itself from the ball pit and robotic mouse of the ’90s and 2000s. The games are fairly priced to allow you to get a really good experience for whatever package that you pick. They do have packages with food. There’s plenty of games for everybody aids to keep them engaged. Price selection is mediocre at best but it’s not. David Buster’s. The one issue I did have is that the pause feature on the card that was seemingly work only for the timed play doesn’t actually work as it says on the card. So we tried to pause and come back and the minutes were no longer there. The manager not only couldn’t provide me with why this happened or the consistency of how this happened. They also weren’t willing to refund that time or converted to points for us to use. So go with the points unless you know you’re going to be there the whole time for the minutes.

I was very surprised at how nice this Chuck E Cheese was. It was clean and the staff was very professional. It wasn’t that crowded, the staff was on point with everything. I was there for a birthday party and they had the party part set up nicely.

No one was at the gate to check families in and ensure kids weren’t walking out with total strangers! No one was checking on exit either. Cashiers were just waiving people in. That’s a big concern for all to be aware of.

Grand daughter loved it! The chucky they this time was super friendly. He walked around the whole place, not just the Birthday area. Took pics with everyone. Soooo sweet!
