This has got to be the CLEANEST Chuck E Cheese we have ever been to! The bathrooms are also pristine! The staff was excellent and also very very friendly! Great place to take the kids and have fun!

Things have changed there, however fun is still going on well. Employees are friendly and trying their best to make everyone happy so they can get overwhelmed and it can reflect their happy faces. Also, If you have actual tickets save your time and count them by 10s in advance and bring them to the store as there is no more counting machines. This store deals with electronic tickets only which can be uploaded to the playing pass cards or bracelets. One tip with their app is you get 500 tickets if download it.

Super clean space where “a kid can be a kid,” friendly staff and a great amount of games to keep our 4 year old happy while celebrating his 2 year old friends’ birthday! This was honestly great compared to our normal “D&B” arcade outings as every game there is for kids or at least has a little kid & bigger kid or adult version (like the ever popular arcade basketball game…try to beat my 50pts! lol). The birthday party experience from the visitors side was very nice, and our little one may have switched the location of his birthday party based off of this visit! It wasn’t really overcrowded either which was nice. The only drawback was that the food for the party came out 20-25 minutes earlier than requested by the birthday girl’s parents, which with such little kids can be the difference between eating or not. This wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means but I’m sure I would’ve been more upset if it was my kid’s party.

Leslie was absolutely amazing she took the time to try to resolve an issue with my bronze package cards that my kid misplaced she went above and beyond to try and research the card info so I could use it, even though it was completely our fault. I’m VERY grateful for the 25 min she took to resolve our issues. She is definitely an asset to your company and with her customer service skills I’m sure she will continue to make a stressed Mami at Chucky’s day so much better. THANK YOU

This was the go-to Chuck E Cheese my aunt would take us to as kids. It’s been renovated but now they no longer use tokens. Instead, they use Play Cards. The card readers on the games sometimes have trouble reading cards. Not as fun as it used to be.

Paid $22 dollar for less than 30mins play time. Most game is short, require constantly swiping of ghe card. But my kids enjoyed it.

Chuck E Cheese took care of all the prep work for my 5 year old grandson’s party. The kids had a great time! I also got in a few rounds of skee ball and shot some baskets. I even wrecked Batman’s car. All in all, it was a successful day.

I’ve celebrated my kids b-days here for years, staff is always fun and helpful. Right now no wrist stamp is in use, but you take a group picture instead. Most COVID-19 restrictions are not active, like no mask is required but hand wash and Sanitizer use are suggested. Location is operating at full capacity right now.
