This is a well kept, clean and fun place to take kids of all ages. Even see parents having fun playing some games. Staff is great and always quick to help. Rarely any machines down and any problems they are quick to help. The game to pick up bouncy balls is great for kids. We opted for the gold pass and we have yet to get tired of going back after 5 weeks. Pizza is always good too.

Very clean facility. Staff is constantly cleaning around. Salad bar is well kept and fresh. Always check for coupons on their app. Best to buy combos instead of single items. Cards are best to buy them with points instead of time. Kids have much fun taking their time to enjoy each game.

My family and I went during the week so it was not crowded at all. Rosa was the lady who helped us and she was phenomenal! Great customer service and really made sure my kids had a great time, I can’t thank her enough. The place was well kept and clean. Food was made in a timely manner, no complaints. All games seemed to be in working order. We will return to this particular CEC for sure.

I don’t give 1 star reviews because I know the power they hold for a company… but this experience I did want to comment on. The manager on duty had a complete lack of empathy and was at the end of the day very lazy. I brought my family in at 630 after calling at 1:30 to purchase a party pack because that is exactly what the gentlemen on the phone told me! Just come on in! The manager on duty refused service and “gave me the better deal”; a very rude way to make a customer happy she gave me 70 percent less than I should have received. My son is 2 he doesn’t need much but it’s the principle that her and her employees did not want to set up a party because she had already set up for the next day. And that is unacceptable and terrible customer service. We will not return to this location.

This Chuck E cheese was very clean and not as crowded as expected. I did come on a Sunday evening so perhaps that may have been the reason why I was slow. I would recommend this one cuz they do have a large selection for young children. I would say from the ages 2-12. It’s right next door to a Walmart and not even 3 minutes away from the big mall in Woodbridge.
