This was the second time I have been in the past month. Neither time did Chuck E. make an appearance, and we were there from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. My grandchildren were very disappointed. I told them we would get ice cream and the machine was broken. The salad bar was open, but the employee told me not to buy it because they needed fresh lettuce and they wouldn’t have it for a few hours. The lettuce on the bar was brown. To spend almost $100 on mediocre pizza and an hour’s worth of video games is unacceptable. You should have had an employee go get in the costume when you had so many kids there on a Friday. You had plenty of employees that could have made this a good experience for the kids. I will not be going back.

Mouse trap for humans. Went early so it was nice, not many ppl there. The pizza has been changed for the better. I personally dislike that it’s all Pepsi products. The tea was not good. Bathrooms were super clean.

This place was croooooowded and understaffed. I wish they would have fewer birthday slots available at the same time until they get enough staff to accommodate so many people. Our party host was the saving grace. Aniya (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was incredible and very attentive. She checked on us about every 15-30 minutes and she got us everything we needed. She was very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. The food is what it is lol but it’s not too expensive.

the ladies upfront were respectful i do give them that much, but as far as the food and salad bar plus the drinks that is a problem..soda machine half of them were coming out water and the other half was mainly like tea and juice..salad bar was hardly anything there and lettice was all brown and old looking.. this place used to be really good on all this stuff but now even the cleaning tables, putting fresh food out and the games points have gotten expensive and not worth a 5 star
