So much fun! I was pleasantly surprised with this location. We arrived right around opening time on a weekday and it was very clean and well maintained. There was lots to do and stay entertained for the little ones. The pizza was a tasty end to the fun we had. Looking forward to returning again.

You know what 5 stars for the service for being quick and clean and just on point with everything. You cannot control others in the Chuck E. Cheese environment. But here the employees go above and beyond to make everyone happy! I loved it here. And I will be back to this location for suree! My children had a blast!!!!

I have to say it’s in a pretty sketchy part of town but that Chucky cheese was going off!! All the workers were working hard as a team. Friendly and nice. They celebrate birthdays with the kids better than any store I’ve been in. I was pleasantly surprised and we had a great time!!! Thank you Chucky cheese employees!!

We come to this location to see Grant who is amazing with my son. The remodel is great but we will always miss the animatronic. That is what my son loves the most. But Grant makes up for it being an amazing Chuck E and being so nice to my son. Very clean place and games are very well kept. We come from Chicago but will visit again in the future for sure. Pizza good also!

A very positive experience. Nostalgic chain from the past and it was great in the past and excellent in present day. Arcade was decent and the food has never changed from Pizza to sandwiches. For dessert, Ice Cream. With young ones they will love everything and for adults it is very Nostalgic from every standpoint. Positive and very firm 9 out of 10 points.

We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we had a very bad time with the service of the only two employees who had serving the entire store. we spent $140 for game and food. the pizza had a bad taste like cardboard with several spaces without cheese and the 6 cheese sticks only 4 had cheese. The employee wanted to charge me for the free ingredient because according to her it was the cheese. I asked her if her pizzas were just dough and sauce because to my understanding all pizzas already include cheese. I had to ask for help at another store and for them to talk to and guide this employee and the treatment was worse until there was a shift change and Mrs. Christa arrived. Thanks to her we were able to have our daughter’s cotton and game points. the other employees are disgusting and rude and you had no desire to work. remember employees that bad service makes customers not return and stores close harming yourselves because you will be unemployed.

horrible experience! i took my son there because he’s been begging to go, first we walk in and we were greeted but no one was at the counter. we waited 10 mins and the girl who came up told me she couldn’t help me because she wasn’t on register i asked if she could get someone who is and she didn’t so i ended up asking the girl who greeted us and stamped us what i was supposed to do i haven’t been to a chuck e. cheese since i was a kid. needless to say i’m never going there again after this experience. i finally figured out how to get a game card and half of the games either didn’t work or gave you 5 tickets. he went to say hi to chuck e and got ignored then finally after spending an hour i still couldn’t get service for food or to get the prizes and leave i waited 20 mins for someone to actually come to the counter and when they did she was a manager i explained what happened and she just shrugged me off and gave him the prizes and walked away. never in my life have i experienced so much shade for no reason i just wanted to have fun with my son at least he had fun

They are okay but aren’t worth the birthday package. I spent $450 and I could have just had a party at home. The birthday package isn’t worth it at all. The teenagers that work there were all nice and friendly but I would have preferred more interaction from the hostess or someone to explain how everything was done in the package I paid for. I paid 300 for a hostess and other things but we practically did everything on our own because we weren’t told a time for anything. We even missed the birthday song with Chucky Cheese.

This location was a very interesting location to go to as the first location that I’ve been to in Florida the animatronic looked cute and fluffy and looked a lot better than Long Island city Chuck E. Cheese animatronic but this location had some interesting artwork I haven’t seen yet and it looked pretty cool this location was really cool to go to and it’s only a few minutes from my hotel that I was staying at I would definitely go back
