This place is one of my girls’ favorite. It has many games and always the machines work perfectly. Something very important for parents is that the place is clean and secure. The Staff is super friendly. I haven’t celebrated birthdays but we are invited for birthdays friends and the kids have a lot of fun, my girls love to dance with Chuck E. Cheese.

If you are having a birthday party, this is a great venue and their birthday packages include pizza, ice-cream, goodie bags and unlimited play bands for 2 hours. I’m sure there is more that comes with this but we were having so much fun..recommended for all families. BTW the cast members go out of their way to sanitize all areas.

Where should I start! We used to love this place and go all the time we took a break after hurricane Ian and this place has changed for the worst! First about half of the machines don’t work! You will scan your card they will take your points but no balls will ever be released! Some games that require balls don’t even have balls to release! Employees aren’t friendly, they don’t make eye contact, they don’t even say hi, most of them are wearing dirty clothes!! There is 0 professionalism I had an issue with my time card and overheard the manager and assistant whispering and laughing about the whole situation like I couldn’t hear them! When we order our food gross it used to be really good! First the sample platter is depressing 4 chicken wings and like 15 French fries with the price I paid there for the food I would it have gotten 3 times the amount of food and better quality at dominos. Is sad to see how this places is decaying it was a great spot, with great ppl, great food and amazing environment. We will go put our money at some other place!!!

This place is like paradise for kids. Here they will find a lot of funny games, all the machines look like new and work perfectly. The place is clean and the staff is nice. You can also celebrate your kid’s birthday at this place, and they (your kid and his/her friends) will have a lot of fun. This is also a secure environment for your child, but you should still be watching your kid all the time, accidents may happen.

We absolutely love Chuck E Cheese! I have a 4-yr old on the spectrum so I have to be choosy with where I take my kid. Staff super friendly and understanding. Nobody is judging me when my kid had a melt down because I tried to transition him to another machine. He uses the card to start a game and often admires the lights more than the game/ride itself. This place is clean and I appreciate the limited entryway system before leaving to give me peace of mind since my son often tries to elope. They are never randomly closed for a private party that I would be unaware of unless I check their website weekly.

I’m glad they have finally build a Chuck E Cheese in Naples, but with that being said, it’s just like any other Chuck E Cheese elsewhere. Subpar and below average staff, basically kids who are there just to have a job, broken/sticky machines that they are in no hurry to get fix/clean and dirty carpets covered with food (especially under the machines.) I did attend a birthday party here and mother who hosted the party said she had an excellent experience.
