Please like & share our reviews. *^^* This Chuck E Cheese is one we visited while out of town. It has been here since 2006. The manager here runs it very well from what we observed. It is clean and not overly busy. This was one of the only Chuck E Cheese stores where all the machines were operating 100%. It was awesome!

I’ll preface this review with a disclaimer, as a kid Chuck E. Cheese was terrifying and I only went to DnB. This is the first time I’ve been back to a CEC in 30 years.

Probably the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been too. The purchase options were a little overwhelming but I opted for the pay by the hour/ unlimited and let my little one play to his heart’s content. You can opt for a play by points but we bounced around so fast it was just better for us. They also have an option where you can pause your game play if you have to leave. I wish their points system to prizes were a little better thought out but overall we had a good experience. I recommend going early it seemed to have filled up quickly. P.s. don’t get their swirly lollipops they were not very good. Didn’t get to try any food but the salad bar looked fresh and tidy and they had pizza options too.

Loved this place! I’m a 14 year old, so I understand this place isn’t targeted for my age range, but I still adore it. The games are fun and nostalgic, the staff is sweet, the place was pretty clean actually, and the food tasted wonderful. They even had a POV Rollercoaster thing (ill attach the video). 5/5.

Our family had an excellent time. The customer service was over the top. And the pizza was way better than I remember it as a kid at the long since closed location in Panama City, FL. There were very few people when we were there, I wondered why but it was a Wednesday evening, although during the summer. We will return when we are in the area.

The girl at the counter that checked us in and out does NOT need to be working in the public. No smile at all the whole entire time, rude, unfriendly and made it know she didn’t care for me when I was completely friendly with her from the beginning. It’s sad that you have to be around people like this in what’s supposed to be a friendly atmosphere that your paying for. To say the very least we will not be back.

The reason Chuck E Cheese in Dothan Al get 4 stars all the way is, like any of these restaurants across America – they are a dying chain, a relic of a by-gone era…The place doesn’t nearly have the atmosphere or appeal that it had in the 90’s when I was a child. It is now dingey, run-down, kind of melancholy and sad to be honest. But, my children didn’t seem to care! They were still excited to be there… The pizza was better than I expected and even though the staff was unreliable and often just not present..Like anywhere. They did go above and beyond to please my seven year old, when the animatronics weren’t apparently working – They got employees to dress in the mascot outfits and come out to dance and hug my daughter! I don’t know how much longer places like these will exist so, I think it’s important to bring your 3-10 year olds to Chuck E Cheese now..while you still can.

I don’t think it’s worth the $500.00 that it cost. You only have 2 hours for a birthday party so it’s like you have to do everything in a hurry and if your guest don’t show up you only get money back for 2 guest after that it’s just money lost. The pizza is good but it’s not likely that we will be back there again.
