Had my daughter’s birthday there and booked a package. Everything was great, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Every employee I interacted with was super kind, helpful, and friendly. Our party hostess was just super!! As someone in the restaurant business, this is the kind of service you always preach/train about. Should get 6 stars and my birthday girl had an amazing time! My granddaughter enjoyed her time here. I find the price and to be very reasonable. I gave it a four star because the salad bar is not even a four star. You’re charging way too much for the selection of old salad and old fixings. The best time to go is in the evening and on Sundays. That staff in the evening have a better energy level. They come in with a vibe of making you feel as if this is a fun place to be. I also experienced that on Sunday a total difference from going early morning during the week. Going when they first opened during the week the staff is very much drained like they worked a shift somewhere else and just got here. There’s no joy in the building. I was happy to see the evening staff that started to come in They brought the light they brought the energy They made the place feel happier. The things that we had paid for and was asking for from the morning staff it was either we don’t have it or you ask for it and you don’t get it without asking several other times. Once the evening staff stepped in the door I asked about the cotton candy that had I had already been told that they didn’t have any. We had paid for the cup that comes with one of the package deals. We were told there were no cups. Now the evening is that come through the door I asked for these things again they turned on the cotton candy machine and had the cotton candy made. And they went in the back somewhere and found cups that I had paid for to complete my granddaughter set. So we paid for our lessons and the lesson that I came away with was to go after 3:00 p.m. and best times on Sundays total different experience. So that is why I’ve given it a four thanks to the evening staff members and one manager that has dark curly hair he was very attentive and tried to fix everything and make everything right. I appreciate him as well I don’t know his name.

We went for a friend’s birthday party and it was super fun. The staff had everything looking nice for the party when we arrived. The kids had a blast with all the games. Chuck came out for pictures and dancing with the kids after the cake was served.

The lettuce at the salad bar was turning, carrots were turning white. They looked like they hadn’t changed them in a couple of days as the water in the canister was VERY cloudy! Had to ask the clerk to put ice in the soft drink machine 2-3xs before he actually did it and there were not but maybe 2-4 people here when we walked in. Location was NOT CLEAN. Let’s hope I don’t get sick from this food!

Great location and they still have the animatronic band!! My family had a great time, and the manager “Z” went above and beyond. Only minor issue is that we wanted to sit near the band but all the tables were blocked off as “reserved” (at 7 pm) and we weren’t allowed to sit there but no guests came at all. My guess is the staff blocked them off for some reason.

There was no drinks with your pizza due to all the fountain drinks not having any cartridges filled, only carbonated water was dispensed, no refund and most of the games with photo eligibility was not in operation. Awful wouldn’t go back to this one in Hendersonville.

My one year old daughter and I came for a birthday party yesterday and there was another party going on as well. When we would use our pass the other party guest would hop on and use our credits and push my 1 year old off and our other toddlers that were there. There was also a little boy that wasn’t a part of our party digging in my nieces cake and even blew the candle out himself. It took forever for the staff to find someone to remove the little boy from sticking his whole hand in the cake. It’s not the child fault, it’s the parents for not watching him at all. Just disappointing that we spent alot of money to not even be able to have a good time.
