So I rate this Chuck E Cheese 5 stars. Keep in mind that this is a 5 star rating for a kid-focused Chuck E Cheese, and the ratings like for food are compared to that , not a restaurant like Lexington’s Carson’s.

I highly encourage all that need to do a kids birthday party or just want to take the family somewhere for a fun day to visit this Chuck E Cheese. Everyone was absolutely amazing for our party. The food was great and the service way exceeded my expectations. I did the Mega party and was delightfully surprised that the price was so low. My children had unlimited play passes included with this party, they had a WONDERFUL time. Great Job Chuck E Cheese in Lexington, KY.

Had my six year olds birthday party there and the staff was AMAZING! My son and his friends had an absolute ball, and it was because of them. The stand out staff member is named Precious, and she is phenomenal. These people work HARD, and I’m sure the parents can be difficult and entitled at times – but the staff is kind and patient.

This is a much better one than I’ve been to. I’ve been to 2 others: 1 in Colorado and the other in Georgia. Both of the other locations were alright. This one just had a nice atmosphere. We were there for a kids’ birthday party and they put on a nice presentation for him. I’m sure we’ll go back some time in the future. Food was descent too.

Quite disappointed. First off the renovations look great! The layout, colors, games . . . very well done. Unfortunately the service and commitment to the kids and overall experience has not changed. Over an hour for our pizza (only came out because of our complaint), Chucky never came out for the live show and ticket splash (again asked mgt about it and said they would not be doing it today) (for the record they haven’t for the last 5 visits) and most games are out of service or tickets with no action from staff. The pizza we finally got was a medium thin crust. We ordered a large original. Manager swore the pizza in pic was what we ordered. Such a shame.

Very poor customer service- apparently the cook was being very lazy the day we went and everyone had to wait for a long time on their pizza. We ended up getting a refund and left. The staff were just a bunch of young kids who did not seem too thrilled to be there (I don’t blame them- management lacks a lot) place is a mess and no one cleans up after anyone.
