We booked a 2hr birthday party for my granddaughter. We chose a weekday for a couple reasons. 1. There’s a weekday special for extra pizzas. 2.The place would be less crowded. And most importantly her birthday was on that day. Let’s start off with saying the staff was polite, unfortunately we soon discovered how unorganized, unprofessional, and understaffed this particular facility was. We received a party associate for birthday party. Who was new and had no idea how to help facilitate the party smoothly. I arrived early to check on the set up of the party table. Before the party members arrived the party organizer asked me what ice cream flavors would the children like to have, I told her I don’t know they’re not here yet to ask. So she gave me a sheet of paper to write the information on. Then proceeded to ask what time I wanted the pizza for the kids on the table , once again I don’t know because they’re not here yet. I’m early. But they had already scheduled the time for Chucke to do his birthday appearance for the birthday party. No one told us that Chucke was going to dance and sing “Happy birthday to you” in the middle of the dance floor 25 feet or more away from the birthday table. Then Chucke asked the birthday child to blow out the candles. “Huh, how? Chucke the cake is on the table” and the children are on the dance floor with you. Made no sense. One of the 2hr timed game bands stopped working within 30 minutes before they would fix the broken one. We’re required to take all of the purchased bands off all the party members and bring them to the staff. We paid extra for salad bar dishes. The salad bar had no lettuce and bare minimum fixing for over an hour and half. Staff told us they would fix the salad bar but we had to wait until they cooked all the pizzas for all the in store customers. Our paid party members had to wait on the non-party customers to be served even though our party was in the building before the other customers. No one informed us that The restaurant was in the midst of construction. With only one bathroom with one toilet available to be shared amongst all customers both male and female. They did have a young staff member sitting close to the restroom as a monitor, making sure only one person or family went in at a time. What they failed to realize is that young children wait until the last moment to inform someone they need to use the bathroom and then they are forced to hold it until their place in line was up to use the facility.

Very expensive pizza and other food. Salad bar is $12 and looks pitiful. Salad dressings are bleh. Pizza and breadsticks are nothing like they used to be. I spent $40+ for a pizza (half pepperoni/half cheese) breadsticks and three drinks. Then game play is additional cost on top of that. So we dropped $75 for lunch and an hour of game play for a 4 year-old. Too pricey! We used to go often with our oldest grandchild; this one will not. No wonder the parking lot was empty.

Pizza only took an hour and a half to be served. We didn’t get several services that were purchased for a birthday party including the ticket tank, birthday cups and the recognition of the birthday boy. They didn’t even have a table reserved for the birthday party. The pizza tasted good but the salad had a lot of the slimy dark green looking lettuce leaves and the spinach toppings looked the same. We decided, as well as the parents of the other kids, that we would not come back for future birthday parties.

Great place for kids to have fun. Very expensive. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but they seemed so busy that when you needed something it took them a while. Maybe they are under staffed during the weekends. My child had a great birthday. For 6 six kids and six adults I spent around 400. Very expensive

These kids/teens/adults, really try to make the time here great. Unfortunately, you have your typical INDIVIDUALS who are completely and utterly rude and disrespectful, trying to get out of their party bill and stand there and argue with these teens that are just trying to get through their day at work. Overall it is a good place for family and parties.

Pizza was good. Building was nice and clean. Games were average at best, the alpine location has better games imo but still a good time with the kids

VERY busy when we went on a Friday night. 3 or 4 huge birthdays. Their pizza is ok…the kids like it. Three reason it’s not 5 stars: we bought one hour game sessions for the grandkids, and they had to stand in line for a few of the games. Otherwise, (an expensive) but fun place to take the grandkids 2 adults, 2 kids $100…

Just recently had my sons birthday party here. The host was terrible. I had to keep asking for things I needed for the party, and he kept disappearing. My son had fun, so that’s all that matter, but I don’t recommend having your party here. They need to train and hold their host more accountable. You can tell it was a regular employee who got stuck on host duty and didn’t want to be there.
