I haven’t been here since late 2009 & wow this place has changed a lot, even though I was in the place for roughly 10 minutes (I didn’t play games due to me working) I enjoyed it. The dance floor is cool (not as cool as the animatronic they used to have) & seeing the games was cool as well, especially the plants vs zombies game. The place isn’t too big or too small it’s just normal size. Place was decently clean. Employees were amazing & so kind. “(This goes for all current locations but) I would recommend this place for ages 4+ due to a lack of activities for kids under 3 & some kids/parents not being kind & responsible to one & other so make sure to be kind, also keep the place as clean as possible.” What you just read should’ve been a PSA that should’ve been done years ago but now it is, Thank you.

Ok let me start by saying Paula is amazing. Friday we were booked to have a birthday party at star roller rink. We booked a private party and put down our deposit. They never showed.

It sucks to say this used to be the good Chuck E Cheese and now we are here. We arrived at open for a birthday party that then was not even ready until half an hour later. The floors were ridiculously sticky to the point if I could avoid it and step on the carpet only, I would. The hypocrisy around their “rules” is wild. Can’t bring it a water bottle but can bring in home made cookies and cakes. The pizza tasted of only yeast, nothing else. Expect people to “check out” when leaving but don’t have anyone at the door and then cop an attitude when you go to just leave. The company has been going down for years and sadly, this one is added to the list.

Great place for little ones. Came on a rainy Saturday, nice crowd of kiddies and happy adults. Great food, good fun, and lots of smiles. Chucky came out and danced with the kids on the dance floor!!

This place is so much better than it used to be. Salad bar was amazing for a great price. My daughter had so much fun. 1 hour of unlimited play is awesome.

First time I went I was 43 and I had the best time of my life! Frickin ski ball, space invaders, photo booth and the pizza was so good. My kids had a blast and I intend to go back as much as possible

The store is clean and there is a great selection of activities for kids. The food is mediocre. The salad bar would be great except you have to practically be a contortionist in order to load your plate up without mashing your face into the sneeze guard. I think this store is chronically understaffed because I consistently have trouble getting assistance from the staff. The last time I went I walked out before my daughter could get her prize because I was that angry. There was only one staff member there that I could see, and she was serving people waiting in line to buy stuff first. Those of us waiting to cash in tickets for prizes were ignored. I finally got her attention only to have her serve someone else. I tried to tell her I was first in line but she ignored me. So I left. My mother taught me not to throw fits in public so I didn’t, but boy did I want to. I took my daughter to toys r us down the road and bought her a toy to get her to stop crying. I don’t plan to come back to this Chuck E Cheese unless something changes.

My mother stopped by and wanted to take my kids there. I was wondering how it looked/is since the remodeling. Gotta say it’s a blast for the kids and as a plus the food might be a little pricey, but tasted really good. The crew working was very polite. We got pizza and drinks plus game card for the little ones. They really enjoy the time we spend there each time. Will bring them again.

Took my kids for my son’s birthday. There really wasn’t much games or anything. Chuck E cheese guy came out a couple of times for a birthday party. He looked bored and unannimated. The staff was friendly. The food was okay. It was not worth the money.
