Salad bar was disgusting & the gal stocking it scoffed at me. I paid for the salad bar yet never touched it due to it all looking completely gross. The jalapeños had a white glazing as did the bacon. It was white I know, it was my fault as I should have looked at it b4 purchasing yet salad bars that I am accustomed to are stocked with fresh delicious food.

Fantastic atmosphere! My daughter absolutely loved it! Food and service is great! Games are a lot of fun! My brother and I took a short trip down memory lane, while playing the games! Actually getting tickets would be more fun! Highly recommended!

Paid for the ultimate birthday party package. Had no plates, no silverware, no host.missing package items. Then was informed that one of the cakes they did not have. Many of the games were out of order. Several drink choices were out as well. And no one watching the door when people were leaving. Then a lady was trying to hug all the kids…

They could do way better on the food, especially considering how expensive it is, the food is mediocre at best but you’re charged for top quality food, so my family and I eat somewhere else before we go. Kids Love all the games though, great variety and 95% of the machines are always up and running, sometimes you’ll get one or two that are out of order. And of course, the Chuck.E.Cheese Show is a Classic and the kids Love it, usually about 6 or 7 years old they start feeling a little old for the show but they still have fun doing the ticket drop, which the show and ticket drop are included in Birthday Parties if that’s what you’re going there for. Overall Experience is always a Blast, even if you’re just going for kids to play games, which is fun for all ages.

Thankfully it wasn’t very busy during our visit. Our young children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, not sure if there’s enough to keep older children entertained for long. The prices are high for play and food, but everything is nowadays.

I have not been to Chucky Cheese for probably 20 years. At that time, the place that I went to was a disaster. Kids stealing tickets from each other, crummy food, and so on. I was glad to see all the improvements. The food was good, the electronic way to play the games was awesome, and I was so glad there were no tickets that could get stolen from others. Service was not as fantastic as it took my husband 15 minutes to get a soda, and mostly because two workers were gabbing with each other.

Its fun! You can be a kid with your kid or kids , I recently went back there with my nieces and it wasn’t as fun as it uses to be. The games that are there now arent as fun and when you go to swipe your card it takes forever for it to read! For me I liked the tokens better then the card although i like the pricing better on the cards.

Wish it was a tad bigger so they could have more available to do because the kids absolutely have a blast, it’s affordable (game-wise) but we get burnt out pretty quick though we’re there for the kids. Pizza is good, pricy but good. One visit the AC wasn’t working and it was very humid inside but we generally stay for 1-3 hours and try to come at least once a month because the kids love it.

Typically great experience. It is always clean and there is always people going around cleaning. Understandable they cannot control the credit card processing service is out, but no note on the door, wasn’t told until after spending time deciding what we were getting. Not even a simple “sorry for the inconvenience”. When I told the lady to write a note on and put it on the door I was told “I can’t” I have 4 kids, 1 was invited to a party and I had told the other 3 we’d go and play and get dinner while she was at the party. Lesson learned to always have more than enough cash, debit/credit cards can so easily malfunction.
