My kid loved playing the games. The employees were sorta rude though. Always treated us as if we were ruining their shift and we asked very minimum from them. All my kid wanted was a picture with the mouse. The mouse acted like he was too good and said he was going to sleep using his hands to show he was tired. We just wanted 1 picture. Thats all. I don’t understand. The dip n dots were yummy though. The employees just need to learn to be more hospitable.

We had a big party of kids as we were in town for medical reasons, and we also had other engagements with other relatives. We had to cut our stay short and the kids played their games and a couple of them did something to their cards. Well, this nice gentleman named Wesley was nice enough to help us out from the beginning of our experience and wasn’t pushy and extremely patient with all the kids. We came back afterward from our dinner engagement and proceeded to resume the fun with the kids. He was more than helpful in getting us back on track and helped us as we left when choosing the prizes.

I sorry how they will stay in business, it’s always empty when we go, which is terrific for getting to play lots of games.

Great tasting pizza, but it’s pricey for what you get. Their large is the size of other’s mediums. Their pizza price is for a large cheese, and you pay $2.49 for each topping, such as pepperoni.

So many updates! But what happened to the fun crawling spaces and ball pits?! We had a blast even without them! Very clean, efficient, and almost all of the service staff was amazing. Super amazing day celebrating our little man’s birthday!!

We usually love this place. This time, several of the games were malfunctioning. We talked to the manager, who sent some kid to fix them, but he couldn’t seem to care less. Slow-moving and maybe untrained. No followup from the manager. Kids kept trying to use the broken games, and they would take plays off of their card balances, but they couldn’t play. Kids are too unfamiliar with the system to realize that the game is eating their money, so they just keep trying. Even if the tech couldn’t or wouldn’t repair them, no out of order signs were posted. We tried to warn as many people as possible before they lost their money, but it was very busy. Those games stole a lot of money today.

Pizza was ok. Service was ok. Hoping they can get the sewer smell out of the restrooms as it wafts out into dining and play area. Hadn’t been there for a while. Prices have went up just like everything else.

Food very expensive. The salad has way more choices back in the days. I only go for my kids in special occasions.
