Very good place for kids. Birthday Parties are managed by then professionally. But large pizzas served by them are of considerably smaller. Many many different games for kids.

Brought some kids to spend some time with a Rat (aka Chucky e. Cheese) & they let me also have some fun, as they invited me to play along with some games. As we raced each other and took turns to see, who got the most tickets/points.

My 6 year old daughter’s first time at a school mate’s birthday party and her first time at Chuck E. Cheese. She was pretty overwhelmed with all the noises and lights(but she has a history of being kind of sensitive to lights and loud noises, and of course I forgot her headphones)but she liked most of the games and the rides as well. She had a good time! The person who’s in charge of telling you how many tickets you’ve won and how many are left after purchasing stuff at the counter was SUPER helpful and really nice! I didn’t catch his name but he had short braids and was really young(I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name!). The rest of the staff I could tell was really helpful as well.

Nephew’s birthday was a huge hit, the woman working the party had a big bright smile the entire time and seemed to enjoy hyping the kids up. Made it extra special, she had good energy and although it’s a hard job she seemed to like it. She deserves a raise!

We went to a birthday party this past weekend. The facility was clean, games were updated, and most importantly, in working condition. All the kids in attendance had a great time, and I would recommend it to friends and family.

This was actually more fun than expected. We celebrated our daughters birthday here. This was perfect for the winter months. The kids were able to run around, play games, have cake and Chuck made a special appearance. The party was well organized and executed by the staff and our host was great. The manager was very accommodating to our late changes.

Kids love it, parents not so much. They all pretty much the same but what this place needs is one of those overhead playgrounds. Some games are faulty and some are really cool. It’s mostly clean except the restroom, you don’t want to go in there. Pizza is life and theirs is delicious, the salad is a must and the drinks are all working fine. The prices as always are absolute garbage, the cool toys are a trillion tickets and most kids just get the bottom toys. Service is friendly and courteous. The coins are gone, now machines use a refillable proximity card in order to play games, and it’s great. Will come back next year.

If I could give this dump one star I would. I decided it would be a nice getaway trip for my kids. So of course when I arrived my kids were obviously very excited. Not that I minded they were excited, it was nice to see them so happy for a place they love. But the second I walked in we were greeted by a rude employee. I didn’t catch their name, but it wasn’t very nice to be crudely ignored by a teenager. They told me to keep my kids calm and basically told them to not be excited even though they are little kiddos ready to play some arcade games like any other kid would be. I ignored this action of the employee and decided to go on with my day. It got worse when I ordered pizza for my kids and when the pizza arrived, it came with a bug! What kind of establishment is this? The pricing and games don’t bug me but the fact I found an INSECT in my kids’ pizza is outrageous. I called a manager over to my table to ask what the heck is wrong with this place and I was spit on and called many nasty names. I will never be returning. DONT COME HERE!

So far as I walked In I had a problem with the lady at the entrance I don’t know her name to be exact because she wasn’t speaking clearly but from what I understood it was Janelle but she worked today from the hour of 4:30 – 7:15. She had an attitude at entrance and at leaving she was searching for our stamp that she never put on us. And asked whom didn’t put it as I told her it was her she got mad and got mad for her mistake she did. Maybe go to your job with a better attitude hun this is a kids environment be more positive
