My grandsons wanted to go to here for their 5th birthday. We arrived at 3pm not too busy. At the start of our visit I was not impressed. The staff member who greeted us was very friendly and then to the counter to order. All I could her from the gentleman was I have to leave. It is time for me to leave. The other ladies were busy also with other customers. He took my order but he was not happy because he had to stay an extra few minutes. I work in the service industry and this is not acceptable customer service. The food was very good and my grandsons had a great time. We will be back but if the man I encountered is there when we come again I will leave and go somewhere else.

Person waiting on us today obviously didn’t like his job, appeared bothered with us as a family. Really sad. Surprised this Jonesboro location is still open. Salad bar 10.99. Really? Continue throwing it out. I won’t buy another summer fun pass again.

We had our daughters birthday here today (Saturday March 23rd). They were EXTREMELY busy (go figure since it was a Saturday AND spring break) but every single employee but one was absolutely amazing! Especially Tylana our birthday coordinator! She made it to most stress free birthday ever! My daughters on the spectrum and Ty was amazing with her. She picked her up, played games with her and even accommodated us since our little girl was absolutely terrified of the ticket blaster; but still giving her the chance to gets tickets like the other birthday kids! She also made sure we had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend booking a party here and if you do definitely request Ty!

This site has less than half the games other Chuck E. Cheese locations have that we’ve visited. Of the games they have several of them need maintenance, e.g., air hockey doesn’t blow air and one of the Jurassic Park guns jumps all over the screen.

Large cheese pizza, medium Supreme, 2 salad bars, and 1 drink was $76. That is extreme to me. This didn’t count the 2 drinks that were bought beforehand or the $30 minute time card. It was over $100 if that was included in that.

We had a great time!! The Staff was “SUPER” and the little young short girl with high pitch voice was the SWEETEST and really made clear of how things would go and we just give her a 10 out of 10!!! General Manager was new but Super Cute for being over the hill. But he was so down to earth and his crew really was a place we will Most Definitely go back even after we spent over $300. It is pretty pricey but that crew there is PRICELESS!!!

There were 2 other guest besides our party of 5. We waited 30 minutes for them to put lettuce on the salad bar and 45 minutes for a sausage pizza. I could understand this if they were busy but there was a total of 7 people including us in the restaurant.
