Great place to spend a little time with the children, grand children, and great children to have fun on any day of the week. Birthday parties are amazing. All the game machines were in working order, plenty of staff on hand, atmosphere was jumping, restrooms were clean. and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We reserved a Birthday Party(Super Fun $21.99per child) package in the app. Received 500etickets with reservation. The party experience was smooth and Raven our host was excellent and knowledgeable about everything that our party package included. Pizza was delicious! Recommend getting 2 pizzas for adults to have seconds. Cake was ok and birthday candles provided also. (Cake topper from Amazon) The only thing different and MUCH more inviting was the renovation that this Sherman location did with the party area. The stage is no longer an eye sore, and the booths blocking off the game floor were pushed to the wall creating a more open platform dance pad. Excellent staff. Big bang for your buck as well! Will more than likely do this again!

I was looking forward to taking our kids here but was disappointed with the condition of the restrooms where even kids use. Then on the floor it looks like they don’t care just the same as the restrooms. There was bits of food everywhere. Definitely recommend going to another Chuck E. Cheese other than this one. Employees also looked like they hate dealing with kids. If they don’t like what they do then they should be replaced with others that do.

No soap in restrooms, floors were extremely sticky and they had just opened. got a big Supreme pizza, personal pep, cheese bread and 3 drinks. 60 min of play time..almost 100.00 ..Pizza was pretty good tho..

Overall the place is ok. It’s pretty clean and everything works properly. The staff on the other hand are very impolite. They seemed annoyed that you are there and not friendly at all, which is especially upsetting since this is a place for children to have a good time. We were sitting and eating and several times the staff kept cleaning around us and giving us dirty looks. And every time we got up to play games they tried to take our food and drinks away to the point I had to ask if it was a problem that we were sitting where we were. To which I was met with a blank stare and rude response. Definitely won’t be back!

That are a bit pricey, but the transition to the card system makes you feel like you get more for your time. Pizza is better than you expect and my family like it a lot. Place is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We went to this location on 3/19/23. It was a bit pricey we got 2 60 min. Play cards a large pizza, 4 small drinks and 1 salad bar was $100. the salad bar alone was $11 and definitely not worth it.They don’t have many games to start with and several of them were not working. I had encounters with 3 employees and none of which were friendly or even smiling.

Waited 45 minutes and still didn’t receive my pizzas. Then 10 minutes later we finally got them but they were cold. Also by time we got the pizza their timed card was over. So we had to leave right after the pizza kids were sad. Sad way for them to have their very first chucky cheese experience.

Edit……..so we came again cause we do not like sensort overloads since we are on the spectrum. This time no sensory sunday. Loud flashing lights employees didnt even know it was sensory day.sad to say we were kinda upset. NoOne likes siezures. We went on Sensory Sunday as we are sensory need kids. It was great the staff was exceptional at helping with cards and getting rewards. We got to dance with the Chuckie too….we ended up staying for three hours. We never stay anywhere that long. It was worth every single cent for the smiles we had that day.
