Been coming here since I was a kid now I have my own. Today was quite disappointing. Lost of the games were down and others would take your credits but not actually work. Employees were rude and no one was to be found when we went to cash in. The tables and bathrooms were gross.

Always fun with kids and kids at heart. Makes the kids busy but still needing supervision. We enjoyed it a lot and will always come back for more games.

Went here for a kids birthday party. Haven’t been in over 20 years. It was a Saturday and packed but it still wasn’t like you were running over each other. Pizza was good. I didn’t deal with employees to say anything about service. Surprisingly wasn’t that loud with that many kids and games. Wish the unlimited play cards had been a thing when I was a kid

Quit hiring people who dont want to do their job…. My daughter goes there JUST to see chuck E. Cheese come out…. sometimes he doesn’t even come out… last time (last week) he was late every time!!! Don’t say short staffed bc there were plenty of staff on that Friday night!!! Little teenagers embarrassed to dance in a mouse suit… why??? Don’t get a job there if you’re not into entertaining those babies!!! THEY JUST WANT TO SEE YOU!!!! & its expensive!!!

They no longer stamped the kids hands for safety like they used to. My kiddo enjoyed the games and had a blast. They employees hid in the kitchen. But the pizza was good. For some odd reason, there was no ice in the ice machines.

We had a double celebration. First off, they made a mistake on my children’s age on the table signage. We were early enough that they were able to reprint that. Second, when they say you have a server for your party, it means you really don’t. You constantly have to look for her and you pretty much do most of the serving as if you’re in your own house. Third, when they say there’s a “birthday show” and Chuck E. Cheese gets to have an appearance, it means it really is JUST AN APPEARANCE. Don’t expect anything else. The mascot just stands there and APPEAR. He had no energy and absolutely bored. Fourth, I paid for the ultimate package but had to remind them about the things included. They almost forgot the dip n dots and when I reminded them, there were guests who already left. Fifth, even though I paid for two birthday stars, I only got one “special birthday tote”. It was such a chaos that I didn’t even realize that until we’re home. As a parent, I’d say, without doubt, it was NOT worth the money.

Food was good. But several games weren’t working. Also with so many kids running around you would think they’d turn on the dang AC. Everyone was sweating like a pig in there.

Service was great. The staff really made you feel welcome in the establishment. The Buffalo wings were a great lunch. I had fun playing the games, enjoying myself like a kid again.

My wife and I bought the 8 week summer pass. Chuck E. Cheese gave us an extra week for preordering. We also all have the promo cups that allow us to get free refills. Overall Chuck E. Cheese is great and being able to take our kid once a week for Pennie’s is great. Yes the pizza is a little expensive but the summer pass we got takes 20% off and the pizzas are good. Overall it’s been great and our kid always asks to go to Chuck E. Cheese every week.

It was okay for what it is. Quality has gone down a little over the years, and the new card system makes it difficult to keep track of what the kids are spending, but it’s okay for a couple of hours. Salad bar used to be really great but was just okay tonight.
