Came here for a birthday party. My kids had alot of fun. Lots of fun games for the kids to play and for the adults as well. Im rating the service 3 stars because even with it not being so packed, the employees in the front were sometimes not present. My child could have left with a family member of mine and i would not have even known. It defeats the purpose of the stamp they stamp us with when we enter. Something they should stay on top of even if they arent so packed. Other than that the food was good, and the place looked clean.

Overall, we had an amazing time! There was hardly anybody here – that is definitely a first for us as we have been going to Chuck E. Cheese our entire life and they are always packed with happy faces. Everything was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful, and the games were perfect for our kids (and for me ). We recommend . Here on a Sunday and there was one girl working really hard in the front checking in guests, working register, and even at the prizes station. She’s a rockstar. I saw at least 3 others employees walking around doing a whole lot of nothing. I’m not sure if there was a manager on site. Sat for an hour while my kid played and trash and food waste on tables were not picked up in a timely fashion.

I recommend the place. At first my children and I were sad because for a place for children there were hardly any people despite being a Sunday at noon, but that does not depend on the place. The food is excessively expensive, it shouldn’t be more because of the social objective that it meets in the community, but I recommend it . Very clean and safe place, congratulations.
