Always a good time for the kids at Chuck E. Cheese. Years ago when I lived in Michigan, I would take my kids to Chuck E. Cheese and it wasn’t a very good experience because it was dirty and the food wasn’t that good. The one here by the mall is clean and the food is good. I don’t mind going to this location at all. The staff is good and they take security very serious which I’m grateful for. You can still get beer here so that helps with the experience. They have a good deal going where you get unlimited play for an hour and it wasn’t expensive. I don’t want to try to quote the price because I can’t remember what it is but I do remember it was affordable. I definitely recommend taking your kids here. Restrooms are clean and it’s really never crowded the earlier you go.

It was awesome to see the antimatronics. Everything was okay. It was concerning there wasn’t more staff around. There wasn’t anyone at the front checking hand stamps. I had to go to my car with my teen. Someone came over when we came back in. Before we left there were more staff. We were there during a visitation with my nieces mother.

Had a great time here for a birthday party. It certainly is a place where a kid can be a kid. Place is definitely cleaner than it used to be, and the pizza quality is way better as well. For cards, using the time option is definitely the best option for games, just stinks that some cards can’t be paused.

I wouldn’t take my dog here. Clerks are rude. The parking lot is ratchet. The location is not a bad location. Seems like management, just doesn’t care about appearance and hospitality. I dont see this business being around long, if this keeps up

Took grandson (6yr old) to eat pizza and have fun. But the staff in Amarillo Tx is NOT friendly at all. If I could give a rating of negative, I would. Everyone that works there was NOT pleasant, friendly or accommodating at all. The manager doesn’t care. Games didn’t work, items such as bean bags, footballs, balls, etc were stuck. Wasted tokens due to paying for game , starting game but couldn’t play. Manager wasn’t helpful either. She retrieved the footballs but didn’t give credit back. It just sucked big time! Then grandson went to get prizes, staff helping was rude and tacky. She didn’t pay attention to grandson. My grandson gave up due to her not giving him the prizes he asked for. Sad place! Never again.

Was really nice inside, very well kept and extremely clean. All the games worked and we had a blast. Food was pretty good too, and the salad bar was fresh. The staff were kind to our daughters and we really will be coming back!

Paid for the birthday party experience and we were the only family having a party at the time. Some random kid stole the show from my kid for his birthday chucke paid no attention to my kid the one we paid for the birthday for. It was awful experience cake was hard and nasty waste of money
