We had my sons birthday party there 4/30/23, and the host Joel was super helpful and so nice! He even went above and beyond to make sure my son had the best time possible! He was there asking if we needed anything for the party every few minutes, kept us up to date on the pizzas being ordered. Helped my wife and I understand how the payment worked and how we could go about ordering food and drinks for the party goers. Overall was an amazing experience with Joel and the restaurant as well as a whole. The games were all operational as well, so the kids had a blast playing as many as they could in the 2 hours they had of unlimited play. Would definitely recommend going and requesting Joel as your host.

Had our son’s birthday party here on 6/25/23. Joel was our host and he was amazing! He was on top of it, and was very communicative. Everything ran smoothly and I definitely recommend this location for birthday parties! Our party package included dippin’ dots, and the goody bags which was a nice touch. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese staff for helping us host such a great party!

I am not usually the type of person to leave reviews, but after visiting Chuck E. Cheese, this felt plenty necessary. The atmosphere struck me as a fun place where you can lay back and spend time with family; this was only facilitated by my server, Joel. Joel is a kind, active person who makes sure to fulfill whatever doubts or items you need. Hell, I didn’t even have to make many requests due to how on top of things he was. Long story short, if you want an environment where you and your kids can have a good time: go to Chuck E. Cheese. If you want a server that will only serve to make the experience better: ask for Joel.

The guy name Johnathan, was extremely customer service and best attitude. The place was clean and the salad bar was clean too. We went for lunch and it was awesome since there wasn’t any people. Although prices were high I guess overall was great but the price was for 4 was almost $80. Not really a budget place but the workers are awesome and it was worth it. Got tons of tickets and kids were happy, happy to go again.

Great place for a children’s party or just a family fun day. My grand daughter celebrated her second birthday with a party here. They sell different level packages including one with souvenir cups and 2 hour unlimited game passes for each child. Adults are no charge except for drink cups (you can order food for adults as well) . All drinks are unlimited refills.

Poor management. Had a birthday party yesterday the party started at 4 we didnt get out pizzas till around 530. Asked the manager if he had a minute to help us and he literally said no. Absolutely bad customer service and worst management ever. Last time taking the kids ans the whole family there.

Great place to take kids. As soon as you enter there’s a person waiting to stamp your arm as well as the kids arms with a unique UV code to prevent the kids to go out by themselves or with other people. When you leave they shine the UV flashlight to reveal that unique code. That’s a good safety measure for kids that dare try to leave the building without their parents. Anyway the pizza is delicious. We bought wings and they came with carrots and ranch on the side. You get free refills and if you buy the chucky cheese kids cup, you can bring it back next time and get ur kids a free drink w free refills. We bought the unlimited games for 2 hours and my kids won about 2000 tickets. Trust me that was enough time of unlimited games for 3 kids. We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We didn’t buy a party package with the restaurant but we did bring in our own cake and Chucky Cheese in full costume came to our table and posed w my daughter for a picture.

My wife and I took my ten year old daughter along with my six and eight year old little siblings and they had a blast to say the least!! Despite getting there at around seven all games were on and working, the establishment was nice and clean, and the employees there were super friendly along with Chuck E walking around taking pictures and greeting the kiddos! My family and I were very satisfied with our visit to this Chuck E Cheese! All three of the kids were passed out in their second dream in the car before we even got home Thank you Chuck E Cheese!!!!
