I have always enjoyed bringing children to Chuck E Cheese. They have always had great games and rides for people of all ages. Along with their activities are, of course, their food. They offer pizza, salad bar, dessert, sandwiches, chicken wings, fountain drinks and beer. Our food experience did not start off great. Our food came out cold which was surprising because they weren’t that busy. However, Ms. Claudia came out and redid our order and it was great as usual. The staff member Erik was extremely helpful and very pleasant. And our curly hair, scary masked staff member was extremely helpful as well.

Went here to take my Goddaughter for her first visit she had a blast. The food was good up until they ask if you want to upgrade your Pizza for $3.00 more dollars and when we got it all they do is CUT the PIZZA in SMALLER PIECES not Cool at all. Onestly that is considered Stealing. The Service was very slow they need to get more workers. Waited for a cup and a container for a long time.The Staff would walk right by you and not even assist you. Also to turn in your tickets to retrieve a gift there was no one there for a while. You have to wave the Staff down to get attention.

Hosted my kids party again this year! We go out of our way to attend this Chuck E. Cheese. Every employee was nice and personable and added to the special experience for my kids. I will continue to have parties here without question. My party hosts were Jax (sp?) and a very nice young man I forget his name (David?). The pizza is amazing I don’t know what it is!!! Even as the parent I was able to relax and enjoy the fun with my kids.. thanks again

It was Superbowl night and our last night in LA. Kids were super bored so we took them here. Very empty, even better. Pizza was GOOD! Manager there was very nice and helped us out when we had an issue with unable to get the fun e-cards after paying the kiosk. If we’re back in the area we’d come back.

Great place for the kids to have fun. The food is good. The only thing is chucky didn’t come out, I believe since there under staff they didn’t have time or none of the staff working that shift wanted to use the costume. Just alot of children were asking if he was coming out or not. But other wise everything was good.

Love this Chuckie Cheese, we celebrated my daughter’s 2nd Birthday here. The thing I didn’t like is that as soon as the party time is over they kick you off the tables fast, to clean up for the next party, even though we were the last one of the night. Another thing is that we got charged for 6 salad bars for our party, but 4 of them were already paid for at the cashier by my mom. They also upgraded all of our pizzas with stuff crust, when we had only wanted half of them to. So if you are gonna have a party here, be on top of your food items. It’s chaos with all the kids & the amount of party guests, so it’s understandable.
