We came on a Thursday night and had a great experience. Food was ready in a timely manner, and most of the games were working. It was a perfect day and time to come. It wasn’t super busy. I’m sure I’m butchering her name, but Kaylani assisted us when ordering our food, and she had the best service! She suggested the appetizer sampler and it was a great choice!

We came here when it first opened up and I had no complaints.. This past Sunday 10/9/22 we decided to come back and that was a mistake. We showed up at 10:50am(suppose to open at 11am) there was about 3 party’s waiting as well. At about 11:15 someone came out and said they were trying to set up for the parties. Mind you the people that were there for the parties were told to get there 15 minutes early. Finally at about 11:25 they opened the doors…The place was trashed with trash all over the floors, garbage cans overflowing and not one table was clean. I also heard the bathrooms were nasty by someone else there. We were there for about an hour and a half and I saw not one employee try to clean up. The employees who run this location should be embarrassed. I don’t understand how these people even have a job. We won’t be back.

On a weekday, this is probably the cleanest CEC I’ve ever been to. We were here for our youngest son’s classmate’s birthday party and pretty much felt like we were the only ones there. Staff was terrific, food came out quickly and tables and games were clean.

I want to commend the staff, Aly, Nicholas, Nile are just the few names I can remember but overall I really appreciate their energy and all around excellent customer service. Me and the family come practically weekly. It’s not just for the kids, the adults have fun playing games too. But I just love the pizza and the wings. I’ve noticed in the last few months that the place has been cleaner, food has been coming out faster. Not sure if there was a change in leadership but they’re doing great. Although the last few times I haven’t seen Chuck himself and we’re there for hours. Also, was just there yesterday and it was really warm, seemed like the AC wasn’t on, asked one of the staff and they said they’d look into it. Definitely not going to be a good look once summer comes around and the heat is unbearable.

Well, the pizza is certainly not the same as I remember it but the whole place is different now. The it’s better lit and more attractive to run around with the kiddos for sure. They have a time based play option instead of just individual tokens now which is cool. They don’t use the ticket muncher anymore which always seemed to go down; at least when my nephews were little kids.

Took our son and his friend to Chuck E Cheese. I have to say that I was very happy with the changes that they made since they reopened. They have where you can pay on a card for them to play for an hour or more. The pizza is pretty good too. I would recommend people go. It is a fun time for the whole family.

The kids love this place……but the people running it are a total nightmare. I have 5 kids and have been to CEC 27 times and will never go again ! The workers are great too, the management is completely insane and on a total power trip ! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AND I SUGGEST No ONE ELSE DOES.

Not the same old Chuck E. Cheese that I used go to feeling happy and excited to play. They removed some of my favorite games to play there and when me and my girlfriend went to buy dipping dots, she said that the large is one 1 dollar more. So I assumed that it was cheap. But when we went to go to the cashier, IT WAS 7 BUCKS. AT THE MALL ITS 3.50

I had my son’s birthday party at this location and everything went very smoothly. The pizza was cooked to perfection and crispy and the salad bar contents were fresh and kept tidy. My hostess Adrianna remained upbeat and patient, despite it being crowded and very busy. The other team memo were also very friendly and voluntarily helped out where they could. The experience was an overall success and we would gladly book again. Thank you for an awesome time Chuck E. Cheese Fairfield!
