The first time I went to Chucks was during the Covid outbreak. They took orders, and served, through a small window on the front of the building. They had a very limited menu and the owner(?) / main chef (?) wasn’t there at the time. I was not impressed, even though many had told me how good they were.

I’ve already raved time and time again on their famous Redneck Nachos…well this time around I decided to try the Loaded Potato and man oh man it did not disappoint. Loaded with brisket, BBQ sauce, red onion, cheese and sour cream but Super Sized. I give it a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Sorry I mixed my potato before taking my pic.
