Talking about some great authentic foods. This right here is a taco place that can get a grown man full and flavor is on point. Had a chance to speak with the owner who is a really nice guy. The tacos are literally bomb and the tortillas are handmade. The kekas are a must try. BUT THEY ARE NEVER THERE WHEN I DRIVE THERE ALL THE WAY FROM IMPERIAL BEACH!! This has happened repeatedly. I went a couple weeks back on a tuesday around 6pm not there either. I went yesterday at 8pm and they were not there… once AGAIN!!! Can they at least update there schedule?? Insane.

I have not tried this food but let me tell you a little bit about how the staff and owner are .. I was park on the street In front of their business minding my business reorganizing my car when Their staff told me to move . I told them I’m on public property I do not have to because I’m not a nuisance nor I’m I disrupting Thier business . We went back and forth that they weren’t even payin attention to thier customers. So all this was in Spanish right. then the owner comes out (Mexican -American) and started Insulting by say I bet you don’t even have papers you don’t even have papers .which was irrelevant to our discussion . just a heads up !!! this y’all is not fabricated . These people market to Hispanics and all that but I just want you to know the type of mentality these people have . These people low key discriminate or like to belittle migrants .. btw I was born at cedars Sinai so idk why he thought I was without papers lol . RACIST

The carne asada is cooked over mesquite charcoal open flame. The flavor of the meat is delicious.. I had a carne asada taco and 2 cabeza tacos . The cabeza taco meat was soo soft and delicious. I would recommend this spot to anyone.!

Please do yourself a favor and visit this delicious gem! Staff was very welcoming and attentive. They offered us a cup of consomé on the house. Tried the Al pastor Kekas and it exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be back for more.

This place is AMAZING!!! Best authentic taste. It is a family run business with one of the best birria tacos of San Diego. All there food is great. You can’t go wrong. The portions and quality of ingredients are excellent for the price. I always take out of state friends to eat here!
