This company has very poor service, food was not cook correctly. Poppers was still cold when given to me. Manager on duty wasn’t friendly at all. Cashier took over 40 minutes to get me my food. All I order was chicken and okra. Tea was not at correct temp. Floor area very nasty as well as service counter. The kitchen staff had no gloves and no apron on. Walking around flour nasty on there clothing. I will never ever stop at this particular restaurant again while I travel. I will be informing the state inspection on this place. Then Managet counting bank money and leave money in pocket book sitting on counter whole she fix drive thru orders. Very unprofessional of her.

By far the NASTIEST fastfood restaurant I have ever seen and I have done good cleaning for over 12 years. The food was quality was very poor as far as look and taste. Staff was seemed clueless and after being charged for the smokehouse chicken by the manager she informed me it would be at least 15 mins before done. The Sweet Tea was very bland and had a odd taste.

Fresh food, great smiles, and loving personalities. I was great with a hello and as the lady took my order I heard her call to the kitchen to start preparing my food, FRESH I ALSO filled out a surgery and was able to choose between an apple pie, chicken stop, honey biscuit, etc. So grateful for the experience and WILL DEFINITELY be back!

Took forever to get waited on at the drive thru and I was the only one. I ordered 15 piece mixed 3 large sides meal. Without telling me they were out of large containers they gave me 2 smalls which do not equal a large. I ordered 2 containers of brown gravy get home and its white gravy. The chicken was not mixed it was all dark. My husband does not eat dark meat. It was a nasty greasy mess and the most tasteless chicken I have ever had. This restaurant is 16 miles from my home…I will drive twice as far to Popeyes from now on to get good quality food. Waste of 35 dollars and I will never go back.

Service, while pleasant, is always incredibly long for a fast food establishment. The food quality is hit or miss depending on the staff working. Always need to check your purchase before leaving as it is usually incorrect.

Fast accurate service. Appeared everyone behind the counter knew their responsibility. Food served hot and fresh. Restroom and dining area didn’t reflect service. Smell in restroom did linger and build up on the floor was slick…just add a soda spill and floor would turn into a skating rink of slip and falls.

One star is more then i wanna give,rude,food smelled weird and very small portions. We didn’t get straws for any drinks no napkins and asked for sauces and got zero. Guy handed our good shut the window and never said a word….Wow!!! First time here and it will most definitely be my last. I tried to call immediately after I left and no-one answered… very displeased!!!! Very nasty food!!!

The chicken was lukewarm and greasy. The employees were courteous but did a lot of standing around, when they probably should have been cleaning the tables, many of which had food residue. The trash containers were overflowing and the restroom dirty. Won’t be returning.

At 9:10pm they had no chicken strips, no hot oil, only 1/2 the side available. They said the wait would’ve 45 minutes for fresh to heat the oil. If a restaurant closes at 10, they should break down at 10:01. The chicken did get was over-dried out, sat too long, and was barely edible. No signature jalapeño with our orders. Will not return.
