Waited one hour for food they told me would be ready in 11 minutes. I suppose it tasted ok, but not as good as usual, and certainly not worth waiting that long. There was a new employee who was very apologetic, but the “manager” was not, and she had a million excuses, none of which were true. I was the only one inside the store, and 4 people who came in after me were gone with VERY large orders before me. One customer asked for her money back after waiting 15 minutes and they wouldn’t give it to her. They told her that her food was ready, and they were boxing it up. That was when they brought mine out as well. Unacceptable… won’t be back there.

Had to go inside because there were too many people in the drive thru but that was okay. When in there, it took them 5 minutes to take a man’s order. When they got to me it then took them around 5 minutes staring me dead in the eyes the whole time to even ask for my order.

I love Churches chicken. Especially their spicy! This place NEVER has any, and acts like you have committed a crime if you offer to wait while they cook it! I have yet to come here when the service was good! Sure wish I was closer to another store.

I think there is a misconception that some places think because it’s fast food that service and appearance is okay to sacrifice. Staff outside smoking and laughing. Doesn’t seem to clean and food has a greasy taste that may be it’s time to change out the cooking oil since the fries , country fried steak white meat and dark all taste the same. Even had locals suggest that they wouldn’t eat there because of what they know about the place. Not sure what that means. I love biscuits and the price is affordable compared to most quick meal food chains.

Visited drive thru on May 15th. Should have driven off instead of accepting food. Doors were propped open. No one was wearing gloves. Brought food home, took a bite of chicken, it tasted funny, then smelled it. It had a foul odor like it was spoiled. Threw it all away. Will not go back!

The lady taking orders through the drive- thru was very nice and explained food specials clearly. When I finally got to the window, she was a little confused about which one was my order, so I told her my order. She motioned to my drink sitting on the counter next to the window, but the rest of my order was not ready. The truck that was in front of me had pull-up & was waiting (I guess for their order). I continued to wait & overheard the staff talking that they were waiting for the pies to finish cooking. I was given my drink, but still no food or told what was causing the delay. She gave me the bag with part of the order, but the apple pie was missing, so she had to go see if they were ready. Finally, she gave me the pie & she told me thank you & have a nice day. The truck that was waiting was still parked in front of me which made it difficult to pull out of the drive-thru to leave. Food was hot and tasted good.

This place needs to close its business down or fire and rehire cashier and manager. The cashier was more worried about finding her phone, while the manager was trying call it and locate it. While still not waiting on us. There was also 4 cars out side ahead of drive thru waiting on order, while they was looking for her phone… They was rude used ugly language and did not care about the costumes. This place here sux… I and I love Churches Chicken….

The cashiers don’t pay attention. My Husband get so frustrated with them for not having corn on the cob 3 out of 4 visits. And they get the order wrong, when I get home we have a leg & thigh instead of a leg & wing very unhappy customer!
