Horrible …No change ; had waited in line # 4; to find out you need exact change.The cashier must have been new; wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable And the carry out sign says call # listed Person said you have to go online to be waited on — that’s NOT what the curb service sign reads”!! This is probably the worst location in the history of ALL Church’s Chicken joints. They’re even worse when you’re a delivery service. Either they don’t have the order , or they keep forgetting to fill the order , OR they don’t have the chicken. Either way, this place is definitely getting declined every time I get pinged to this location.

It took them 15 minutes just to take my order, then after 30 additional minutes of waiting for the food, my patience was lost and i asked for a refund. They told me no refund, asked me to leave, then threatened to call the POLICE!!! My verdict: Fire EVERYONE, close it down, then demolish the building.

Horrible!! Management is unprofessional, they open when they want. They don’t have food cooked.Then get an attitude when you ask them why. They don’t put half of your stuff in the bag, and it’s ridiculous. Do not recommend the one in East Saint Louis on 25th and State every other one is good.
